BLOG: Top 4 ShortBox Comics 2025 (Patreon)

I got a few comics from ShortBox this year! Of the ones I got to read, these are my top four favorites. I would link to their listings on ShortBox, but the sale ends at the end of the month, resulting in dead links. Please look up these titles if you’re able to before the festival ends! After the event, artists are able to share their comics eventually, so be on the look out if you’re reading this in the far future.

Phantasmagoria by Kaitlen Haeun Yoo

Let’s Fail Art School Together by Zoe Gray

Girl Yaoi by Ana Two

Asunder by narrenstrich

Honorable mention: War and the Maiden by Riotbones, On Love and Lepidoptery by Simone Stehouwer, and Knightfall by Rowan Fartousi

I checked out a lot of medieval-y type comics because I’m working on The Tale of the Royal Equinox Rager right now and wanted to study how some people did colors for their comics. There were tons more I didn’t get the chance to read. If you had favorites, let me know!!
