February Illustration - Sailor Moon redraw (Patreon)

I've been meaning to do a Sailor Moon redraw for a while! They were trending on Instagram and Twitter, and I thought it would make a good monthly illustration... (though I might do another illustration for February, so WATCH OUT!)

I've been playing around with how I draw eyebrows recently? I kind of dig the textured look.
