Sketchbook - April 2023 (Patreon)

Slow month for sketching, HUGE month for beginning Heave and Thaw. Here's the first three pages (minus dialogue) of Heave and Thaw, a new short comic for the Boyish2 anthology coming later this year. My lovely gf thumbed this comic for me! I'm learning about screentones during this process, and I'm having a fun time.

But now I have to pause Heave and Thaw and return to How Could You. I've moved onto pencils for it, and I get the feeling I'm gonna fall in love with drawing my college girlies in my downtime.

Bonus oak leaf inch worm :) This was my birthday month, but tbh Aries season kinda wrecked me this year. I hope Taurus season (my birthday part 2) is kinder.
