REQUIRED MOD:

The 12/14/22 updated version of My Grocery Shopping List mod. Please delete the old version after updating to the latest version.

Optional

Roasted Lamb with Gold Potatoes (found in Home-cooked Meals)

Sabrett Cocktail Franks (found in Frozen Meals)

Pecan Cheesecake Bars (found in Desserts)

Custom Ingredients (Get the custom ingredients HERE)

Good & Gather Baby Gold Potatoes

Sabrett Cocktail Franks

Good & Gather Chopped Pecans

Domino Premium Pure Cane Dark Brown Sugar

Boneless Leg of Lamb

HOW TO USE (RECIPE):

1. Make sure you have the most recent version of the Grocery List Mod installed. (linked above)

2. Download the custom ingredients (linked above)

3. Download the recipe files attached at the bottom of this post.

4. Click on the Grocery List to check what ingredients are needed. If you don't have them all, the recipe will be grayed out and your Sim will not be able to cook.

5. Make sure to click "open" on the ingredients if necessary, then put ALL of the required ingredients in your Sim's inventory or the fridge to "unlock" the recipes in the Grocery List Mod.

6. Once you have all the required ingredients, click on the Grocery List, and you are now able to click on the recipes.

HOW TO INSTALL:

1. There are 3 versions. Choose ONLY 1.

Choose _FAST if you want your Sims to finish their food quicker. (takes 6 "bites" to finish)

Choose _SLOW package file if you want your Sims to take their time eating. (takes 12 "bites" to finish)

V3 was made in response to some people experiencing crashing in their game. You can go ahead and just download V3 in the first place, or you can come back later and download it if you have a problem with either the fast or slow version.

2. Simply drag and drop the PACKAGE file directly to your Mods folder.

Where is V3? I don't see it. Pls help, mine keeps crashing and giving me last exception notifications.

I took the recipes that weren’t working out.. I think v3 may be the current download I’m not sure.. I haven’t tried the new version yet

every time I attempt to cook the roast lamb, my game crashes. I went back to make sure it was installed correctly. Not sure if anyone else has reported this.

Adding these recipes to my Sims restaurant menu right now. Also, is it possible that you can make your custom bars smaller where they have two bar stools or three bar stools so I can place them in an apartment or a smaller lot? I use the current bar but it's long with the four stools and I can't use them in certain lots because of the lot size, so it would be nice to have smaller bars in addition to the long one. Thanks again for all your hard work.

when i try to make the roast lamb & potatoes recipe my computer screen goes white for some reason. i have the updated versions of the grocery shopping list & custom register mods so i'm not sure why that happens.

this also happens to me and it also crashes my game completely even tho i too have updated the shopping list and the register. this also happens with the turkey

me as well it also happens for the turkey stuffing i thought it was just me i made the recipe twice now the first time my game crashed the second time i just got the white screen and it froze for a second

the game crashes when i try to make the lamb and potatoes but i haven't made the cocktail franks recipe yet. when i made the pecan cheesecake bars my game worked fine

I haven’t tried the others but I can def test them out to see.. I was wondering if you used the base game cake as a base for the dessert? I’m asking because my games crashing from my sim making some of the base game recipes.. I’ve updated all my mods and even cleaned my mods folder out.. I’ve been going in and out of the game trying to test things.

could you delete the file that you have for the roast lamb and download the V2 package file and see if that works? That one is much more lower poly than the original versions.

The appetizer franks, roasted turkey and roasted lamb are crashing… I tested the pecan bars in game and they’re working fine for me

are you getting any LE or better Exceptions at all? I don't have any issues at all so I'm not really sure what the problem is :( Have you tried removing all of your mods and leaving just the grocery list and the problem recipes?

Yes I took my other mods out and I even started a new save file and it still crashed.. I’m not getting any LEs

I'm also getting a crash, no LE just the crash that happened when I was trying to place the appetizer franks and lamb. I also noticed severe lagging when I tried to place a few other ingredients from build mode. I downloaded all of the updated objects as well.

Tested v3 of the roast lamb and it worked fine. I took out the other ones that were also crashing.

The franks & roasted turkey were also crashing. No LE pops up, just the last crash txt once the game crashes

Hey just a fyi...on the mccommand discord, a couple of people have sent in LE's that turned out to be food from your mod. The most recent one I saw was for Insimnia:object_Food_dec2022_frankssingle Insimnia:object_Food_PlateFork_pecancheesecakesquareSingle and they were instructed to remove those mods.

Do we need to update the ingredients too or just the interaction for the cocktails and lamb recipes?

Does this just apply to the fast version as I see there is no differentiation with V3 with regard to fast vs slow?

only download V3 if you are having issues with the recipes in the first place, regardless of whether you downloaded fast or slow

The ingredients show up in game but the recipes do not show up on My Grocery List pie menu - I have the most recent version installed.

Hello, make sure you have downloaded the recipe files and that they are in your Mods folder. Delete any old versions of the grocery list as well because they will override the most recent version.
