[QnA about Patreon support]Here are the answers of the most frequently asked questions from my supporters:

1. I subscribed to the Fireball tier, but some posts are still locked.

The Fireball tier does not have access to posts designated specifically for the Slimeball tier. However, those Slimeball posts contain the exact same content as the Fireball version uploaded alongside them, so you don't need to worry about missing anything. I simply separate them because Slimeball tier posts are deleted 90 days after being posted.

2. I opened the ZIP file, but I can't extract it or the password prompt doesn't appear.

This is usually an issue with programs that have low compatibility or limited features. You will need a ZIP program capable of decryption. I recommend downloading a popular and highly secure program like 7-Zip from its official website.

3. Where can I find the password?

There is a dedicated group chat for the tier you subscribed to.If you’re on PC, you can find it in the chat tab at the top right of my main page. If you’re on mobile, you can find it in the chat tab at the top of my main page.I plan to prepare 2–4 zip rewards each month, and I share the password through the group chat right before uploading those rewards.

[About Membership Refunds]

Please note that refunds cannot be provided for the following reasons:

Accidental purchases or a simple change of mind

The rewards are different from what you expected (All rewards format is PNG and some of GIF, there's no video type at all)

Requests for a partial refund of the price difference after downgrading from a higher tier to a lower tier

Refunds can be provided for the following reason:

Duplicate payments are confirmed in the payment history on same month

🔹​ Since it is impossible to verify whether or not the rewards provided in return for your support have already been accessed, I ask for your understanding regarding our inability to process refunds for these cases.🔹 >>>The most important thing<<< is that there is currently no way to cancel your membership at the same time as a refund. Therefore, if you do not want to be charged, please be careful not to subscribe even by mistake, and don't forget to turn off auto-renewal. If a feature is added in a future update that allows for both a refund and immediate membership cancellation, I plan to update the details and the conditions for eligibility.🔹 You can leave your reason for leaving in the "Former member survey", but it is difficult to identify who left a comment there.
