Blender 5 testing (Patreon)

If anyone's been around for more than 5 minutes you know I use Blender 3.6 and nothing else, because I hate newer versions. But I decided to give Blender 5 a go because the lighting is good. I spent about an hour making the hair material work, because Blender 5 has a lot less options for transparency handling than Blender 3... Because of course it does. It's also DELETED the pose library, meaning instead of simply clicking the pose you want, you have to go to the asset browser, right click the pose you want, and click 'apply pose.' With no option to blend poses. The lighting is, infact, good. I just have no idea why even Blender had to enshittify their program for the newer versions. There are so many features that are either just GONE, or very un-user-friendly. And it boggles the mind why companies make these decisions. So I probably won't be switching to Blender 5, no matter how good the lighting looks. At least not until I find a completely different way to do hair. And if anyone knows of any addons which restore the features that older versions already had by default, please let me know.
