I think this is a great example of what a back massage with me looks like when im using oil as shiatsu is done fully clothed.. You can see me blend in different techniques to work the body how i feel it needs it best... So there is always stretching invloved, there maybe deep pressure as i use shiatsu style techniques to sink into the body going into the deeper layers to give a deep tissue style massage. I may use pressure points to connect with the clients Qi or energy, You may notice some soft tissue techniques more commly used in sweedish style massage to help calm the nervous system or warm up the muscle before using more specific sports massage techniques. anyways i hope you enjoy and this gives you some idea what a back massage with me may look like. Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia[2][3] and may overlap with frisson. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.[1][4]
