[ASMR]Super Relaxing Soft Tissue Back Massage - So Good For Sleeping [NO Talking][No Music]

#asmr #backmassage #relaxing You Join me today in this super relaxing soft tissue back massage. During this massage my client Kristy fell asleep a couple of times, you maybe able to spot the odd twitch once she drifted off. There was no set plan with this massage other than to combine soft tissue and deep tissue massage to help relax her.... during this massage i work all her back easing the muscles off the spine, working the shoulders & lower back. As a hairdresser she does tend to suffer with her shoulders so maybe a little extra time was spent softening the muscles around there however the purpose of this massage was just to relax and let my hands do what felt was needed. Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR), sometimes Auto Sensory Meridian Response,[2][3][4] is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia[5][6] and may overlap with frisson. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterized by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific auditory or visual stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attention control.
