MISTER FANTASTIC (DHALSIM-C1) (Patreon)

This is possibly the best mod I'll ever make for Dhalsim, one of the best that the character has (modesty aside), and one of the most coherent with the character itself, along with Luffy and Elastigirl.

Reed Richards is perfect. Since Marvel Rivals modding has temporarily stopped (I hope it comes back), I had to do something like this, bring a character from this game to Street Fighter V.

I love the result!
