Dev Build #135 (Patreon)

Another dev build is ready to go! This one cleans up some odds and ends that had built up and introduces a full new pred scene! It's Kris again, sorry, but this one's a poll winning suggestion that's quite a bit different from the opportunities to eat her on the date! Currently it's missing some minor variations for if Sarah asked you to eat Kris, and the rest of the party will not acknowledge you have a gut at the moment, but otherwise it's complete!

And to go alongside this new pred scene, this build makes a first pass at adding sound effects to player-pred scenes as well! There are a few things missing at the moment (most notably burps of any kind, which there's a fun plan for but will take a bit more time than I could squeeze in to set up), but there's still plenty there to enjoy. On top of general pred scene sounds, there are also now sound effects for swallowing and prey escaping for both pred and prey scenes! Thanks again to Ssublissive for assisting with this aspect of the project! <3

This is an unstable version of the game, so be aware that you may encounter bugs, dead ends, and unfinished scenes. Remember not to export saves from dev builds! :

Note: When the update is finished, the media package will come bundled with the game file so you only need to download one thing. For dev builds however, you'll need to download both the game file and media (if you don't have it already), then put the game file into the "SMVA" folder where the sound and gallery images are stored. This way, you only need to redownload the media files when they're updated in some way, instead of getting 50mb of redundant files every time you try out a dev build.

The next build will be posted on June 19th! Next build will clean up that lingering alt from Kris and add full belly alts to later scenes at the party, then start on a new branch of the party now that all the generic choices in the first timeslot are finished! I'll most likely finish the pred scene sound effect implementation as well, but may prioritize writing to get more of the non-date party fleshed out first.
