Important Updates for April and Beyond (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

I’ve recently been considering some plans to adjust my overall Patreon page recently, and I wanted to go into detail on what you can expect in the near future

So the first big thing: I will be changing the price of the bronze tier. Being fully honest, I need to value the amount of content that’s included with the membership more, even if you’re not getting a sketch. So, starting in March, bronze tier will change to $5. Note: if you are already pledged to bronze, you will continue to keep the current, $2 price until you cancel your membership or leave the tier. This will only affect new pledges

Second: Due to concerns over the policy recent changes being anti weight gain content, vague and undefined requirements of acknowledged consent on nsfw illustrations (which while technically good, sounds like it could get very vague and problematic for illustrated work) and the uncertainty of wether or not these will affect my content I currently create, I have created a SubscribeStar page.

As of right now I’ll be adding both a free tier, that doesn’t offer any premium content (but does let you follow my page), and I’ll be adding an equivalent to my bronze tier, that will include all (at the time) still early access Patreon content alongside all future and upcoming posts.

NOTE: This new page is currently under review still from SubscribeStar, and you are currently unable to pledge to it, but due to these growing issues, I’ve decided I will advertise it ahead of time so you may make note of it, I will make a new post once it’s officially live

Should my Patreon page ever go defunct, I’ll then add silver and gold tiers to SS. SS will still allow for discord integration as well, so that shouldn’t be an issue.

Next up, for the start of month art poll: I’m considering 2 adjustments to it. First: I may discontinue the general art prompt nature of them, and instead make them just voting for the character, and they’ll still release with the single version style. Being honest, I’ve had some months where I struggle to make some actual strong prompts for 4 choices… and then 3 of them typically get put in the bin right after😆

The other idea I’m considering for the future is to implement featuring some patron’s oc’s on the art poll~ I’ve seen a few other Patreon artists I know try this feature out, so it may be fun to experiment with! No further news on that at the moment though
