- 18/6 diet - Yoongi isn't joking, it actually IS a real diet - intermittent fasting - with various levels (18/6, 16/8, 12/12) - there is good nutritional science behind it, and it is not an unhealthy form of dieting, so long as you do it properly, consult your doctor, and eat healthy balanced foods, without binge eating - the idea is to give your eating some structure, don't overeat, don't eat too close to sleep, don't starve to the point of causing yourself excessive stress - you pick the level of fasting that works comfortably for you, and avoid eating outside of that schedule

I got into a roaring conversation with people on twitter about the benefits of IF after Yoongi mentioned in his live that he's doing omad (one meal a day) right now. Lol I suppose omad does sound extreme if you have no experience with it. But you just have to do it right. I'm not doing omad right now, but I definitely felt way better on it. I should get back to it. >.<

Not sure if you clocked that Yoongi was the one doing the narration during the movie. His low voice always gives me goosebumps.
