Stress Eating turns into Strength Eating... Every time Aunt Cass sees Hiro, Baymax and their friends going out and doing superhero work, she gets so stressed out that she eats non stop. Eventually she gets so fat she can't get out of the door. But one day a villain (evil hands) tries to attack her but all of the attacks bounce off of her Big belly and hits the bad guys instead. So now she wears a sumo inspired superhero costume and is now Sumo Cass, the Gut of Justice!!

Stress Binge Aunt Cass has a habit of stress eating, so she asks the hands to make her an enormous feast. They give her tons and tons of plates full of food, she eats all of it and getting a huge belly from it. But then she demands more, so she gets more and more, making her whole body huge from all the food. Once she’s eaten completely everything, she asks if there is more deserts. So it ends with the hands giving her a bowl of ice cream while she cheerfully makes her way out

Hiro builds an automatic donut maker to make Aunt Cass's job easier. The machine quickly goes haywire, stuffing Aunt Cass until she becomes gigantically fat.

Quality Test Cass agrees to help Honey Lemon test out a special new device (styled like a Bracelet/Necklace) that controls digestion/metabolism in one's body and distributes food evenly across the body. She tries it and it seems to work (slightly increasing her boob size) when she tries some of the food in her bakery. But after taking a drink and drop of water landing on the device, it glitches causing Cass to become incredibly hungry, she just goes to town on her bakery, eating every treat in sight, the device causing the food to go directly to her breasts, then butt, and finally transfers a bit to her belly. Honey uses her power bag (I forgot what it's called) to create an orb and throws it at the device to deactivate it and break Cass out of the hunger induced trance. Later we see that the entire shop is empty, say for one last donut. Which Cass embarrassingly decides to eat.

Donut Discard: After another busy day working at the cafe, Aunt Cass goes to discard of all the uneaten doughnuts and pastries for today, and there’s still ALOT of them. She “was” going to toss them in the trash, but they all still smelled fresh and delicious to her. So instead, she makes sure no one is around to see her, and takes all the sweets and puts them all into a big pile. Then she winds herself up (slightly twisted) and spins around like a tornado (Taz mania devil style), devouring the whole pile in one go. Making her end up with a large overstuffed belly, popping her pants button, and releasing a big cartoony burp.

Give her a big spa day where she's pampered head to toe and fed... perhaps too much, but it's all in good fun and she has a nice time despite needing help to squeeze out the door.

So she starts exercising, but she can't resist eating donuts and other sweets from the cafe. This continuous balance of exercising and eating results in her gaining a sumo like strongfat physique. Which takes Hiro by surprise while Baymax approves of her capability of balancing fitness with her eating habits.

Hourglass and Filling Pastries: Aunt Cass is the lucky client to receive two special pastries from the kingdom bakery, after eating one her figure grows into an hourglass one while the second one is supposed to accentuate the hourglass figure by adding mass to it but she mistakenly eats it whole and instead ends up fattening up until she ends up immobile. Relaxing Tea: While looking for a way to relax Aunt Cass decides to taste some teas at a kingdom shop and while working all the tea drinking begins to expand her figure until drinking a strong one that completely relaxes her and begins to inflate her whole body until ending up uber inflated.

Three Course Gumball Trouble - Aunt Cass accidentally swallows a chem-ball that first fills her with slime weighing her butt down, then inflates her breasts with milk and giving her an hourglass figure before she fills with blueberry juice making her round. Plans Already Foiled - Aunt Cass is captured by the evil hands who force feed her donuts expecting her to burst only for her to enjoy being fed even as she fattens up to massive degrees. Eventually the hands have to deal with their hostage terrorizing them.

Slime Time - Aunt Cass is helping cleaning up the 6 Hero's lab and she is very parched. She looks for something to drink and she find what appears to be a fruity beverage which she drinks. However it actually turns out to be an unstable sentient slime creature which begins to expand inside her which results in her becoming a huge expanded version of herself (perhaps bottom heavy)

I'll keep it short and simple, how about Aunt Cass ends up eating one of honey lemons "bombs" so the foam start building up inside of her, making her expand with said foam sipping out of her mouth and belly bottom for extra silliness

Mega ad: a sponsor gives Cass some donuts from a certain brand to sell along with a uniform (which consists of leggings with the brand's name on them). What Cass didn't expect is that one of the donuts from that brand failed the approval test, causing Cass to have a huge butt. The expansion is so big that her butt is on the news... the logo is visible... which is what the sponsor was after, in the end.

Wine Aunt Cass Wanting a nice vacation, Cass attends a fancy wine and pastry tasting in The Kingdom. Heavy indulgence in the wine however (encouraged by the Hands) causes her to swell more into a stereotypical wine aunt. Bottom heavy, big hair, plump lips and enjoying fancier drinks. Eventually when she outgrows her outfit, they stuff her into a fancy dress and try and shove her out the door... With her looking utterly confused/sloshed the whole time.
