Ever notice every isekai city is a circle with a river going through it?

Circle is for better spaced defenses, it’s not a castle no need for star fortress, plus it means if there’s a fire or flood you just pick a direction and run, a single entrance/exit would get backed up or if it collapsed would leave everyone inside to die Every major city up until the invention of aqueducts involved having a river go through it for like….the function of life Isekai cities are just surprisingly historically accurate

In his defense, that girl was planning on cock-blocking the elf. (Also, isn’t that just real world mechanics?)
