Stray Kids' Top is an opening for anime ''Tower of God''

Shayne O Shaughnessy

the fact that i.ns voice crack made his part more impactful to me tho...i.n cries so sadly so it makes me feel so bad 😭

Shayne O Shaughnessy

apparently skz was placed super low not solely off of ins voice crack (tho i think he blamed himself for that) but because apparently their concept was "too dark" and "too similar" to the og song...i disagree with those things but also that's just what i heard

Victor

skz always do music for everyone every gender they don't use pronounce its my favorite thing really 😊

Georgia Papadea

I heard somewhere stray kids ended last from experts, because they said that they didn't rearranged the song at all. For me the did amazing job, I see rarely mention, but during the harmony part of seungmin and Han while Changbin raps, this rap part was supposed to be delivered by 2 people in original song. Changbin carried it flawless though! Also dont remember where he said that, but once Lee Know said that the Kingdom itself was feeling like an April fool's day

Venecia Bradnock

Seungmin and Han harmonies really well my favorite is them in 2 kids room singing Volcano and Hold On together also in the Strory that never ends song too a master piece

Marika Liegel

Since you mentioned skinny jeans, I recommend you to react to the old skz street MVs, especially "N/S". They hold a special place in Stays heart and are great if you need to cheer up.

Icedragone

I just noticed that when they show all the rings, there are 8 of them, not 7. Ugh, such a bummer 😢 Also, Stray Kids coming in 6th and 5th was seriously a joke. All the teams did great, but Stray Kids definitely were top 2. I feel it was a toss up with ATEEZ and Stray Kids. I.N's voice crack added to the emotion of the song, even if it was unintentional. Anyway, I can't wait to see you react to episode 6! It'll be a nice change up, for sure. Also, I don't think I've seen anyone else mention this, but I think you should check out the Finding SKZ series next! The first season has your favorite ex-member, but I still think you'll enjoy it all!

Gbemi

Glad you watched TOP it’s my fav Japanese title track from skz😊

IffyMeovlee

The results were a bit disappointing ngl.In my opinion, for me Ateez,Stray Kids and BTOB deserved the top 3 due to the performances, story telling and everything else.Others were really great too but those 3 were my favourites.

chip

ngl those results were some bullshit

Juliette

Ateez’s Rhythm Ta was my favourite performance of the whole series but I absolutely adore I’ll Be Your Man and it deserved 2nd, in my opinion. Criminally underrated.

Maria

I really like the new format of watching the original video first and then the Kingdom performance! The length of the video is no issue. I wish you had watched the original I'll Be Your Man too 😭😭😭 it would have only added maybe 5 min to the whole. I hope you have a chance to watch the performances with subtitles too. Especially Back Door and I'll Be Your Man. To see how they changed the lyrics. And I really hope for the round 3 performances you have subtitles, the lyrics of some of them are very good. I love that you accidentally watched Top!!!! 😂 Top and Slump are both OST for The Tower of God season 1. Top is the opening song and Slump the end credits song. They later also did Night (opening) and Falling Up (ending) for season2 part 2 (season2 part1 had songs by NiziU) As far as I know you pronounced Peniel's name right. He was born in the US, it's not a Korean name. Apparently it's based on a location mentioned in the Bible (Penuel/Peniel). If you want to see more of him, I recommend watching the Dive studios podcast Get Real. As for Back Door, as much as I would love to see the jazzy version Changbin mentioned, this rocky version BtoB did was AMAZING! As much as I love the emotional and heart-wrenching I'll Be Your Man Skz did, I feel Back Door just made me feel the opposite, all warm and happy feelings. If I had been a judge, I probably would have put BtoB first, but I'll Be Your Man is the only one I rewatch and relisten. And it breaks my heart every time. That performance has so much meaning outside of the show too, all the other songs felt more like "only Kingdom" performances. That statue wearing the 8th ring (representing STAY or the popular theory - Hynjin), and the statue coming alive after the sacrifice was so heartbreaking. Only thing I would have changed was the part where the devil talks to be a bit more clear. Without the subtitles I couldn't make out what he was saying. In addition to I.N voice crack I felt that maybe Lee Know also had a little shaky bit in the middle? The "live show" aspect in Back Door was all the more special because none of the groups had been able to perform on stage for so long because of Covid. So they all felt it! And Minhyuk was definitely channeling his inner Christopher 😂😂😂 I can't wait for you to get to the Kingdomweek and the behind the scenes for Skz! I have heard that other groups had behind the scenes stuff too but I haven't gotten around to looking it up.

icedskzoo

skz coming in last was absolute bullshit, and lowkey I'll always love I.N's voice crack, it just adds to the emotion imo

Savaya

Ngl the score was bullshit and honestly i dead don't like kingdom bc the whole thing was a joke even SKZ themselves said kingdom was a joke. the peformances are good but the show just...PMO

CameronRoseMorgan/Bear

Had I.N. hit the note I don’t think the song would have had as much of an emotional impact for me. That voicecrack was PERFECT and gave me goosebumps at the right moment. I hope I.N. can rewatch this performance and see how much we love it

Min-ya

Please react to Stray Kids Golden Disc Award performance 2026

Sam

I don’t know if anyone told you but I heard theories about the kid being hyunjin cuz he was on hiatus and that they are singing to him so it’s even sadder if u rewatch the performance again with that in mind 🥲 👉they even said 3racha that they will arrange it like they are singing to a friend Anyway for me this skz performance was one of my favourite of them all time like I always go and rewatch it whenever i can on YouTube I can’t describe how much i love it and every time i watch it han’s and seungmin’s part always gives me goosebumps 🫠 Can’t wait for the next kingdom ep😆🧡

Mica RM

I'm getting to know all the groups (except for SKZ) on this show, and I'm already in love with some of the members. Most of the groups don't have my kind of sound, but the members are so charismatic… it's impossible not to want to get to know them better. Ateez is really, really good. The voices, the stage presence, the choreography… My issue with their kind of performance is that it’s so theatrical that I forget the song and only remember the stage scenes, so I don’t feel compelled to watch it again.

Gabby Stay SKZ

The fact SKZ had one of their main rappers singing and they came near the bottom! Wild. SKZ looked disappointed, shocked and a little pissed off. The fact that SKZ also did the production and arrangement themselves as well! Thanks for reacting.

Melina T

1:25:45 you asked why 3RACHA changed the meaning of the song from being to girls to loved ones. it's because they like to keep their songs gender neutral! they believe that their songs are for everyone, which is why they do that! i think there's maybe like 2-3 songs that aren't gender neutral and are about girls out of their 200+ songs. i can only think of the songs hallucination and there. maybe there's one more song but idk. any time i hear a song where they specifically reference girls i'm a little taken aback ngl bc it's so rare haha

Ret

I’m so excited to your reaction!! I need the next episode nowww

Mip-

Skz: "Let's show them a different side of us" Judges: "No"

Sara Murphy

This bald guy. Poor Peniel. haha. Did you know he's American? If you want to hear more from him, check out the Dive Studios Podcasts. He's on there a lot. He even jokes about his name being Peniel Dong on the show.

bia

you def need to react to more of stray kids older music videos and b-sides because their discography is huge. they have any and every type of sound, and their older music is sooooo good. especially the meanings and the lyrics always speak such meaningful things !!!!

natalie marsh

Nah bro I felt so bad for I.N. He did such a good job and honestly this was my fav performance so for them to get such low scores baffled me like whatttttt

jiyongchy

I haven't watched the full reaction yet but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get pissed again for the nth time cos I hate this bs of an ep. SKZ didn't deserve that last place!
