Have you ever had food poisoning? I ate spoiled fish two days ago and I've been struggling with the consequences ever since. 

I thought about telling you about it in my Lens for a long time, but I decided against it after looking in the mirror - very scary :))

For sure I don't will eat fish in the next time again, it was very painful and energy-sapping.
