Shake & heavy cream (Patreon)

Lately I've been drinking an extra cup of heavy cream of top of my already fattening shake (which has heavy cream inside too). And I'm literally feeling the results every morning, waking up with a little bit more heft on my belly 🥵 I also feel like my face has gotten visibly fatter recently, like my beard can't hide it as much as it used to.. hot 🤤
