TL,DR: in the Password chat, you will find lowercase letters, one letter on each line.

You get the password from emoji reacts 1️⃣ 2️⃣ 3️⃣ 4️⃣ 5️⃣ on some of those letters. By following the letters in the order of the emoji reacts, you will get a 3-5 letter english word in lowercase. And that is the password. Example:
