Oh, Ms. Valentine. How it was obvious you were going to win :D I'm not complaining! As a prize for her victory would love to see her hanging upside down, ropes and all, gagged with her socks, bare feet. Similar to how your Maryjane pic looked. Below her are zombies, etc. Maybe someone's hand shown either cutting the rope or ticking her feet? :D I'm also assuming that she's going to wear that lovely RE 3 outfit. Makes for a good upskirt shot!

Personally I’d love to see her in a graveyard being held down and stripped by zombie hands coming out of the ground, while disembodied hands tickle her.

I was pulling for Heather, but Jill is a nice consolation prize. As for my suggestions, what comes to mind is perhaps an Umbrella scientist having her in their clutches and taking more than a scientific interest in her feet and/or performing some tickle tests on her. Alternatively and as others have put forth, some kind of desperation scene could be nice, with or without tickling to make it more perilous.
