I would say she is suppose to be a main "guardian" of "The Great Tomb of Nazarick" so she needs to be able to protect it and to "endure" interrogation sittuations if she ever gets captured So why not some well bound and tied Albedo, in a dungeon, chained arms above her head ankles resting in metal stock like restrains? or since she is a "sucubus" restrained on a silver Cross spread and "exposed" while getting tickled on her soles and armpits with her own feathers? Or for some out of the ordinary why not some sort of bed bondage, since she is always flirting and trying to seduce Momonga she can maybe prepare some self bondage waiting on his bed for him to return to his room and find her there, but maybe Shaltear finds her instead and decided to take advantage of the situation? ;D these are only some suggestions but I can't wait to see what you have in mind Kusu!

She lost the bet with Shaltear, or fell into Shaltear's trap. Her hands were raised above her head and her feet in stocks. In order to get her away from Lord Aniz, Shaltear and her servants decided to teach her a lesson and tickle her mercilessly, especially on her beautiful feet. :D
