sasha being not only named but shown in the show was such a good decision by jacob tierney. i feel like seeing the dynamic of what used to work for ilya and what he wants now is just such a great contrast, and i feel like the small dose of personality we got to see of sasha in his episode really illustrates how ilya got to view relationships the way he does.

i personally think sasha is an under-used plot element in fanworks and so...this. canonically, this would happen during the events of The Long Game, hence Shane's longer hair. I know that would mean Ilya should have a beard in this but I...don't like how he looks with one and it's my comic. Please peep how shane is basically trying to blow Sasha up with his mind in page 3 instead.

also i tried a new rendering style in the first page and unfortunately i think i hate it....but an attempt is an attempt and at least i know now!!
