"Jesus, Johnny. You're fuckin' sloshed."

Johnny answered by nuzzling further into the side of Ghost's neck, humming a vaguely affirmative sound. At the larger man's nape, his hand aimlessly stroked through the loose hairs.

It was rare for Ghost to be put in a position where he'd have to dress up like this. Silently, Johnny thanked whatever higher power had placed him on undercover duty with Price. By this point in the night, the makeup he'd used to cover up his scars had been smeared off, and Johnny smiled dopily at the sight of them, how they seemed to flush brighter in the flashing lights of the club.

"God, you're pretty," he murmured, petting lightly at the side of his superior's face. Not unkindly, Ghost stopped him with a hand at his wrist, turning his palm so that he could press the lightest brush of a kiss at the tender skin there. Johnny shivered. Damn him.

"I'd say the same but you're a right mess," Ghost said, fond under his thin veil of exasperation. "How the fuck did you lose your shoes?"

"Dancing with Gaz," Johnny stared at Ghost's neck. It was going terribly unbitten. "And because of a game."

Ghost raised an eyebrow. "A game?"

"Strip poker. With the target." He grinned. "I won, for the record."

"You're a minx."

At that, Ghost's hand on his ass squeezed and Johnny moaned, a little bit too loud for decency's sake, right in his ear.

"We're off the clock, aren't we L.T?" he whined. "I don't wanna have dressed up so nice to not get fucked tonight."

As he pressed a kiss to the side of Ghost's neck, he could feel the low chuckle rumbling in his throat.

"Greedy."
