FAQ

• Why are they black and white? Because if they "work" in black and white, they'll work in colour. I promise.
• They're too rough for me to judge properly! When I am trying to judge my cover designs, I usually squint or un-focus my eyes so the details of the image are blurred. If it still works when it's blurry, that's another sign it's a good cover.
• Will this be the final cover? Not likely. Publishers have a rigorous iterative design process. This also doesn't mean the book is getting close to being published - I just need a "cover image" for the websites, for social media posts, etc. Something to point to when I'm talking about the book.
• Why are you asking me? I'm on holiday. You're the "artist." When I was making DD Travel Posters, I almost didn't make the LONDON poster.  But a friend saw the thumbnail and said, "make that one." I did, and it is by far the best seller. So what do I know about any of this stuff?
• How long do I have to choose? The poll runs until the last week of January. Then I'll draw up the artwork and ink it while I'm inking all the Chapter Three artwork. But why wait? Don't overthink it. Go with your gut; it probably already knows which one it likes. :)
