This is so cool! I want more! I wish we didn't have to wait for you to put these infographics up, and I could just ask and poke your brain about every little detail in the setting. XD In particular, though, I would love to know what holds the Wah Dynasties together. Like, this was a modern world before the Manatear right? They know about the outside, and modern ideas of society? Why would the people in their regions follow the wishes and desires of a hereditary Dynast if they could have something more democratic or otherwise local like the United Citystates has, and in particular, why would they be willing to fight and die for the chance to conquer territory for that Dynast? What links them together?

Death is fairly cheap within the manatear because spellfluxed do sorta re-emerge from the wilderness after a jaunt in some transient context. So fighting over territory isn't TOO out there. They do bring way more stability that no other region can claim to have. And a lot of people's engagement is "Huh, management shifted, I'm still farming so whatever." The main thing they have is proper royal court intrigue and noble houses in charge of the bureaucracies. They are however likely due a collapse and restructuring which the inhabitants are not going to enjoy "living in interesting times" when it does.
