omggg im so glad this turned out to be a good comp lmao, i didnt have time to watch it completely since i was having trouble finding one that was not a tiktok comp. You def pegged them right in terms of their energy, they've been a irl couple on top of on screen couple for years now so thats why they seem like theyre a lot more in tune with each other. And their story is so cute!!! so before they ever got together as a pair they were both in a survival show together and thats what daou was talking about how he picked offroad even though he wasnt the best and others didnt believe in him he saw the drive in offroad from the beginning and worked with him to help him improve his skills until they were able to win together and both debut (along with other members) in the group laz1. Then after the group disbanded (it was a project group so they didnt last super long afaik) from what i understand daou had to go serve in the military and offroad meanwhile ended up paired with a diff bl actor but when daou came back he just wouldnt leave offroad tf alone until he lowkey sabotaged their ship to get his mans back lmao. And then ofc they ended up in a ship together and the rest is history lol. i hope you have another chance to get into their stuff sometime semi soon bc theyre just so good together omfg exactly as you said lol. Also afaik they have two bls century of love, and the wicked game and i believe they have one coming soon idk if they have started or finished filming or even what the name is lmao i just feel like i remember they have another one coming

Also were you asking about watching dmd friendship? you asked if they were from dmd and then asked if you should watch that and i wasnt sure wtf you were talking about till you said neon then i was like oooohhhh dmd friendship yes you should def watch that at some point would give you a lot of context for dmd couples.

So a little bit of a “history lesson”: they participated in a singing competition called lazicon in 2021, where they met. Daou won first place immediately in the first episode, meanwhile Offroad, who was lacking experience in the field, was one of the lasts. That meant he could have been eliminated and he was sure of it because everyone saw he couldn’t dance at all. Except, Daou had the power to save one person and, even without knowing each other yet, he chooses him because he saw potential in him, and that’s how it all started. By the end of the show, they were attached to the hips and Daou won first place overall, meanwhile Offroad got second place. They debuted in a group together with Diamond, Pentor and Geler (all participants of lazicon). It was called Laz1. They now have disbanded but they are friends and still perform together to this day. They are under OpenLabel and One31. An interesting thing is Offroad was already doing bls and had another partner called Zax, but when a director offered a bl series to him and Daou, Offroad immediately left him lol. Their first bl came out in 2023 and was called “Love in Translation”. It was inspired by their relationship irl. After filming the last episode of Love in Translation, Daou gave Offroad a couple ring that matched his. Unfortunately later on, during a performance, Daou lost it and was devastated, so Offroad got him a new ring. They wear it every single day since then, even exchanging it if they have to be apart for a couple of days. They each have an apartment, but they sleep together every day, choosing the apartment based on their schedule, because Daou hate to sleep alone. They now have 3 series: Love in Translation, Century of Love and The Wicked Game. Yesterday they mentioned having two series for next year, which I’m truly excited for. Their fandom’s name is Nubdao, which means star, for two reasons: during lazicon they both got covid together and decided to sleep together. One night, Offroad turned on a star projector he was gifted and they spent the night counting the stars. It was a very special moment for them and they still remember how many there was (I can’t lmfao); they made a song on valentine day in 2022 for each other and was called “Nubdao”. I hope you get to react to them, their music and performances or their series again some day. Unfortunately most of their compilation videos are TikTok compilations and are really long (40 minutes to 1/2 hours) so it takes time to react to them. Oh, also their love languages: they pretty much have all of them lmfao. Physical touch, quality time, word of affirmation. You name it, they have it. They are really special. I forgot to mention they have a couple of variety shows: - Ouroad Close Friend (3 seasons); - Ouroad Close Friend: Journey (1 season); - Ouroad to Hyrox (1 season); - OUROADโคตรหิว; - Ouroad Cook Healthy Family (5 seasons). All of the videos are around 10 to 20 minutes (some are a bit longer- around 30 minutes).
