Shadowlard from Baldur's Gut 3(rd Lunch) (sketch) (Update added another) (Patreon)

I mostly just wanted to draw shadowheart with puffy cheeks and lips and then it got very out of hand with rationalizing it in a kink story.

The story? What if the tadpole is kept from transforming it's host by feeding it a constant flow of food? There. That's it. Easy Peasy Horny Cheesy.
