Went to India for an exchange program and stayed with an Indian family for 8+ months and the fooooooooooooood man... If you know peeps in India you gotta try some home cooked dishes. I didn't try much street food but street/restaurant food is not the same as home cooked Indian food/ Indian wedding food. The variety itself is insane. That shit slaps! And apparently every fuckin state/district has its own cuisine culture. (Also if you stay with them you can consider yourself adopted) (Also Indian pajamas - thry're not called pajamas - but damn they breezy and comfy)
