There's a lot of popular shows like FF out there - Super high quality and animation and OST, super generic story, characters, and dialogue. I enjoyed FF the first season and a half though.

niice i was waiting for this one, the action in this show is so freaking good, sound design GOD TIER (same studio as jojo, so no wonder why sound design is so good) and the story has a good build up too, im pretty sure u wont dislike this anime, btw shinra's VA is the same as asta, u can see the progress from first black clover episodes to this, no annoying and unecessary yells

I hope he can get through this painfully mid anime. he said he is all actioned out and is tired of action anime. that's why I think violet evergarden would have been a better anime for him right now and just in general. so if he drops this show I completely understand and I wouldn't even be mad in fact I would probably be happy if he dropped this anime to start something actually good

i dont see how people can drop shows so easily, if it was fan service like highschool of the dead i would understand, but common when the characters, story and action is that cool you can easily pass through it, no offence its your choice, but i definitly recommend you to give this show another chance

frieren is amazing. It has a lot of action in later episodes, but i do like the calm emotional episodes more. The story telling is just out of this world, imo. But my number 1 anime is still made in abyss. I think nothing can top this show, ever.

People in here moaning and complaining about fan service for Nick as if MHA doesn't have the same amount for any season Mineta is around for. Both gags are bad and divert from story, and they mainly happen because of one character that most people don't like since the gag is annoying. If he can stomach Mineta transforming 20% of the show into ass shots of whatever girl he's around, he can handle Tamaki. Also find it funny that people recommend Slime instead as if that show isn't constantly bringing in girls with breasts larger than the Irish Sea so that Rimiru can sit under them lmfao

I remember a time when Iron_claw was mass replying to every comment recommending Fire Force saying that he liked it and thought it was a good show, but Assassination Classrom would be a better show for Nick because the anime is finished. yeah there is definitely a large group of his viewers who are very mainstream, but also its good for him to experience some of the mainstream stuff. Fire force is a pretty mid show over all.

At this point, fan service is just part of any anime to me and is just expected, some people enjoy it, some ignore it, it can be funny at times, and annoying at times, fire force goes a bit far with it, but they do it in a decently comical way so its not too bad.
