I'm just now imagining when Orochimaru established this hideout, someone had to carve that tunnel (probably using some kind of earth jutsu) but then they bothered to put that specific texture all over the walls. And, who maintains all the candles along the wall? Thats a ton of candles!

Yes. But I haven't watched season 6. However I've read the manga and have caught up years ago, so I know the events of season 6. I've also seen some scenes of season 6 that lags behind in animation. Also not too keen on the bright blue sky either.

It depends on how you define darkness. With the violence or theme? Cuz naruto has darkness even in conversations. They can reflect the brutality of the ninja world pretty well. Specially in the Pain arc. If you define it by violence then you have a point.

Yeah. Lie they messed up Shigaraki's face when it was so bloody. And the blue sky in the Deku Vigilante arc thing. It's a bright blue sky. If you're going to set the mood to be gloomy make it gloomy since anime can do that shit that makes sense

Bleach Thousand Year Blood War is wayyyy darker than Naruto trust. Though Naruto still remains my favorite.

Visualwise yes TYBW is the darkest one out of the three for obvious reasons but if you’re talking about storytelling and character building then I would say Naruto is the darkest one.

Naruto premises is dark, it's a world where 12 yrs old children goes to war and kill people. Itachi killed whole clan at 13 yrs! Kakashi was in anbu on killing spree at 13. Orochimaru doing experiments on kids, blood mist village where children kill each other! Show just doesn't show it to our face.
