As a Furry, the fandom in general freaks people out because of the creeps who turn it into a sexual thing. As much as I wish they didn't exist, they do, and they give all of us who just enjoy creating characters and cosplaying and having fun a bad name and undeserved hate. Don’t worry, you’re not meant to care about all these side characters from other schools, you’re just supposed to know they exist. If a story expects you to care significantly about 20+ characters in a single arc then it’s being way overzealous

as much as i do want to believe he's usually joking....there's only so many times you can hear someone blatantly misjudge and insult a whole group of people before it stops being a joke, and nick has been doing it A LOT. i'd guess it's probably just ignorance, him not knowing what furries actually are and believing any stereotype he hears, which is unfortunate because it really wouldn't cost more than a minute to at least look up a definition...

I'm this early for once!! Also, I think it's good for Uraraka to find inspiration for Deku, but I feel like just putting it away can be unhealthy depending on how you do it. like if you just bottle up your feelings for someone that won't be a healthy way to process your emotions. Also, the way a hero acts when saving a person is very important. If you are rude to someone, then more reason for them to not listen to you or have the oppdite effect of what you intended. Like you can't expect a child to stop crying when all you do is shout and say "shut up!" all the more the child will cry more.

As someone who has received lots of training in first aid and emergency preparedness, your opinions of the "victims" pained me. Lol! wanting to entertain is fine, but i'd say there's funnier stuff than just going "furries suck" in every possible iteration. "it's just a joke" isn't exactly a solid excuse to throw insults around, whether or not there's actual malicious intent behind them

A turning point for Bakugo in 21 too. That dude loves to fight and win. Bakugo chose to focus on rescuing those last couple people instead of going to fight. Shows his growth.

Ochakos perfectly fine, shes just shoving down her feelings so they can both concentrate on their dreams. Her liking Deku isn’t a bad thing. Some people say she revolves too much around him but you can say the same for Bakugo and no one has an issue with him. Personally I dont mind this arc bc it is necessary in showing the shift in mindset the heroes have now that All Might is retired.

I know it seems like things are slowing down now (and they are a bit), but I promise the pacing and intensity gets much better as time goes on (except some hiccups in season 5), and you'll be so glad you kept watching bro!

yeaaaah this arc was far worse than i remembered, no wonder i never thought about it when thinking of season 3, i think this is actually the worst arc of the series, its crazy slow, way too much inner thoughts, thinking back on things and flashbacks and just nothing happening for ages, llike nothing at all happened in episode 19, oh well

You will be much happier with season 4 i can guaruntee that, honestly i think if were talking an overall season from start to finish i think 4 might be the most consistently good and best overall, and has some of the most memorable and enjoyable moments IMO ofc the first half of s3 was absolute peak, but this arc, man it drags it down

Finding ACTUAL full furries, anthro humanoid animals, with barely any human resemblance weird and not liking them, makes sense But i frankly cannot understand how someone can have such a strong negative opinion on regular human designs simply if they have cat eats or a tail They arent even furries at all, and it makes no sense to have such a hatred of them, i dont know why nick goes on about them every time he sees animal ears, he isnt joking im sorry, but i dont think hes even thinking about why he wants to hate them either, hes just sticking with that hatred for no reason

41:18 I see what he mean by that, it's not like Code Geass where almost a new thing happen every episode, it's a "long and "chilling" arc" following the best episodes of the anime so far, but it's a important part for the Season 4. Anyway we won't have the first episodes again but some good moments (Which I forgot can't wait to see them again)

i also dont like much characters such as Iida, super rightful Deku (with his mumbling), Uraraka with romance but she gets better Overall i like show but sometimes thereis too much talk Actually i prefer some side characters (Tokoyami, long tail gut, animal summoning guy etc) and Mineta actually funny without him MHA would be dull just my opinion but i think you like him too :)

chronologically, movie 2 is after the first 12 episodes of season 5 or alternatively after season 4, actually. since the movie shows things they learned after the training exercises.

Man don't worry. This arc was also very slow for me and I struggled a bit, however, right after this arc finishes there will be a great episode of character development and great animation. Season 4 first arc is a big one with big fights, so you'll definitely enjoy that one too. Second arc of season 4 is also great in my opinion, despite it being more focused on character development.

Season 5 struggles a bit in the second half, but imo first half is very nice. Season 6 is just an entire beast Manga reader, season 7 will get amazing! So you'll struggle this arc, season 4 second half and season 5 most likely second half but could be first half too. However the entire season 6 is just great!

If it’s after season 5, then the movie came out 2 seasons before it was supposed to be set chronologically. I watched it right before Season 4 came out and the OST is also used in Season 4’s Overhaul battle. In the movie Deku uses 20% while straining and does the same at the beginning of Season 4, which leads me to believe it’s actually in the gap between 3 and 4

You certainly aren't wrong. The movie was released at a weird moment. But it takes place around winter. Which coincides with the last arc of season 5. And in the fandom chronology of Midoriya, it puts Heroes Rising after the MLA arc. Definitely a weird release considering the chronology. But either way, if it's watched now or after season 4, I don't think it's makes much difference.

I mean, yeah, it's baseline weird. But no more weird than someone cosplaying as Bugs Bunny or being a sports mascot. It's an anthropomorphic character, just one that you design and bring to life yourself instead of popular media. At least that's the sort of furry I am. Some do go a lot further than that. I use my fursuit at children's events, animal shelter drives, etc. definitely not for anything nefarious.
