nick , on 9anime , you can change how the subtitles look , there are settings in the CC tab on the video whhere you choose the subtitles , you can remove the black background change size of font , color of subtitles and more

Yes, Japan has their own dialects. Some anime incorporate this into the story some just have it because it makes sense their character would. Like for Haikyuu, the twins that look identical in the latest season have a Kansai dialect which is different from what we normally see. I don't think I've recognized an Osakan accent but I hear their dialect is a little different. Also, Juggernauts family isn't really supposed to represent Chinese people. They're supposed to represent Japanese farmers and the like.

Nah, Juggernaut's family definitely fit the Chinese stereotype of being redneck hicks. It's the same reason Goku was made out to be an uneducated country bumpkin as well, because he takes heavy inspiration from China and that's just kind of the stereotype Japan has about China.
