Yeah. And also on multiple re-watches, it made me realize that the animation director of the episode really loves the visual of "skating on water", like instead of just running on the water like Ninjas, they look like ice speed-skaters? Remember back in the Naruto vs Sasuke fight before the time skip, the same animator went off and gave us some bad-ass scenes? Well they also did the "skating on water" thing too. They did it here in the Pain fight, and I know I've seen his work doing the same thing elsewhere in other anime too. Its so weird that he's done it multiple times! LOL

Guy is the perfect counter to all of the pains. His taijutsu is so much better than anyone else's as well. While the Pains are all visually linked and were able to dodge attacks from Sage Jiraiya, Guy is considerably faster than any other shinobi in the leaf including Jiraiya so I wonder if the Pains would be fast enough to dodge Guy if he uses the gates up the 6th Gate.

That makes no sense. I could see if he said "she asked you 10 mins ago" in this episode. When she told the frog to get Naruto, Nick said "she asked you last episode" which wasn't true. Then he kept saying the frog should've done it 2 or 3 eps ago. If that was exaggeration (which didn't make sense) then the joke fell flat. He trolls a lot so you cant tell when he serious or not

Great one! When I first read it in the manga, when there was actually no info about what will come in the future in the series - I was so devastated! Like we needed to wait for a month or even two before the end of the arc to know the truth! Was so emotional moment for me with Kakashi… And for all of those who talks about Gai. He purposely was out of the village. And the reason was his future performances, not actual power that he handles. Through out the series we were told multiple times that Gai and Kakashi were equal in terms of strength. Yeah, he would do well, but he couldn’t handle all of Pains. Even though he could defeat some of them, his stamina would crack out after the use of 7 gates. But Pain would resurrect every single body. And Gai couldn’t find the real body of Nagato anyway. Greatt thanks for that subathon. Couldn’t watch all of it during the stream, so I came here to watch the rest! Love you, Nick, keep up the good work!

We know he knows already. All of these comments and community interactions are not really doing anything and bro cant honestly interact back. No one is going to believe a random, "Cant believe that just happened!" comment from Nick's behalf because the moment was 2+ weeks ago. He's never going to believe the "rip kakashi" comments because hes already seen the entire arc. He's not in "denial" about kakashi's scene because he knows the truth already. Patreon is just playing catch up. Dont get me wrong i'll enjoy watching it the video because it's the ONLY way to do it now but after every video there a day and a half of remembering that bro finished the arc long ago before i get the next two episodes. Like many people join specifically for this arc because they want to be able to interact with the content creator as they experience it. But content creator experienced it long ago and we are only now finding out what he thought. I'm just ranting at this point. Its fine and each can manage their platform as they wish. Just sort of takes some of what i enjoy from his content out of the content.
