TheKobalt

perfect timing on finishing MHA S5 exactly when the manga drops it's final chapter

Daniel Costello

Hope your family is okay man!! As for my hero, every single episode from here on out until the end of the series is straight up heat. You’ll be on a roller coaster for the next 2.5 seasons and it’s gonna be amazing

Rachel_Roo34

Standing with you in believing your father in law will get through this!

Jev Cor

Hoping for the best

James Perrott

I forgot how fast paced this arc actually was but i love it so much, its so unique to get a whole arc entirely with the villians as the protagonists with no heroes around. It sort of is a training arc yeah. So hyped for the season finale, its a masterpiece

Mihir

How was the surgery man? Hope it went well and everything's good by now♥️

Sinbad_Deity

Nana Shimura she is the predecessor of All Might, which you know and the grandmother to Tenko Shimura (Shigaraki), same last name, we learnt this information in season three, it was mentioned briefly by One for All just before he fought All Might.

Kleed44

Here we go - things only get better from here! Also, the MHA manga is ending next week after like 10 years :(

No Name

My villain academia is here!

Joel

really hope all best for yall

ErendGoat

You were missing a LOT of dialogue so basically quirks in its name is essentially an extension of one's self and one's quirk influences who they are. Endeavor is ferocious because of his flames Bakugou is explosive because of his explosions And blood is like crack to toga because she needs blood to use her quirk so essentially she was born a blood fiend This arc explores the darkside of superhuman society and shows how unfair superhuman society is. What can one do who was born with an obsession with blood? Naturally of course give her the help she needs but instead she was neglected by her parents and everyone just told her to be normal/put on a mask until she completely broke. They didn't want to understand or even attempt to truly help Toga because in their eyes she was a demon. In society It is easy to ignore a problem than trying to help until that problem becomes big and joins a crazy villain group where now Toga feels as she's "normal" and wants to destroy society

ErendGoat

You GOTTA start paying attention Nick man jesus christ. The constant jokes, talking, looking away be having you missing so much dialogue and context and messages within a very important arc like this one. It's ok to focus in on dialogue even if the anime isn't attack on titan

H2s

Like Goku I raise my hands to the sky for your daddy !

Yield

Praying for your father in law! The fact that you still manage to find the time to react upload during a moment like this shows true dedication! We support you and Liv through anything and if you needed to take even more time away from content for anything at all, that’s obviously okay! Hope the operation goes smoothly, man.

Enzo Jesus Aguilera Aros

epic episodes!, i love the all for one OST, Re-Destro is like Dr doofenshmir but more darker, i love twice personality with the voices and how he use the power

Arkan Matlub

My comment disappeared but Nick check the beginning of the next op, it is a bit different!

Waa

The last episode of this season has an after credits scene, make sure you don't miss it.

Milkshake

season 5 ispretty mid but this is the villain part is why i was annoyed by everyone saying this season sucks like the first part yes it does but this part is so good

Amelia Smith

I pray for your father in law Nick 💖, as for your reaction, I know you may not be the best mentally but you tend to overlook a lot of key moments and dialogue. Especially with an arc this important that sets the theme for the rest of the show. Also side note as a huge Mr. Compress fan I was a little hurt you don’t care for him but I get it he doesn’t get nearly amount of attention than the other league members lol.

Msinsomnia

W reaction, as always. Just want to add that you, Live are incredible strong. sending prayers for you, live, her family & father. I pray his operation goes well.

Krokus

Caution! Peak Work Ahead

Its Hazard

My Villain Academia is PEAK

Jarvice

Giving the villains the same treatment as the heroes is a pretty fun idea ngl

Sebastian

Relax dude, he’s gotta provide commentary so that it’s not just a watch party. In talking he’s bound to miss some stuff. And with all the family stuff going on like let the dude enjoy the episodes how he wants.

Joel

next episodes bouta go crazy

meiikao

hoping everything goes well for Live's father!! sending love<3

inselenugorbisilism

how did bro forget that nana shimura was tomuras grandma? good reaction anyway

Beany Boi

wishing only the best for yours and live’s families

spring deerling

I'm glad you're loving this arc, it's one of my favs. Twice is one of my favorite characters.

Filip

I loved this episode. Everyone beating Toga. Love it.

Reversify :D

glad your father in law is okay

TRIX-MAS

Hannah

I'll keep your father-in-law, you, and Live in my prayers. Everything will go well <3 be there for your family first!

mal
>>144657878

because the only time it was mentioned was 2 seasons ago n he watches multiple animes at once. don’t know how you expect him to remember every detail of every show he watches but sure.

Newalbacore8

Praying for all of you guys and hoping Your Father-in-law goes through his operation well<3

Martin Fink

Bingo! This is the villain power up arc. You saw Toga's quirk upgrade during this fight. Your about to see how dangerous Twice really is and so much more.

Deku

Toga can use quirks of those whose blood she drinks. And she's crazy like that because of her quirk. Quirks in this world are more then just powers, superpowers

ErendGoat
>>144638171

Lol Nick deleted my response to you because he knew I was right. Certain ppl cannot take constructive criticism and this is why they remain stagnant

yasmina C
>>144657878

I also thought he'd remember since she's been shown multiple times with deku and the vestiges. and the reason all might stopped pursuing Shigaraki's related to her...

yasmina C

hope everything goes well, and wishing your family the best. I hope you enjoy the villain arc we're in currently :)

ryejett

Sending your family all the love and hugs and good thoughts, Nick!

Ashton Laznicka

Many prayers! hope for a quick recovery!!

It can be frustrating when you wanna relive/experience an exciting episode or scene with a reactor just for them to have no idea whats going on or have them not fully grasp the context of the situation. I don’t know if it’s the abuse of caffeine, a lack of interest in dialogue/worldbuilding, or difficulty balancing providing a commentary with focus. Maybe it’s all three. But I understand where he’s coming from. Most would gladly take the sacrifice of less banter from Nick if it meant came with better story comprehension/theories. This comes from a place of endearment as well. It’s weird because comments like mine in this community as ‘hate’ when its so clearly not meant to be spiteful. I feel like my complaints are excusable if you’re a casual anime viewer/reactor. But when you do this as a full career….? Is it too much to ask for a bit more effort to absorb and comprehend stories.? I mean I’ve had release seasons where I’m keeping up with a series for everyday of the week. It’s possible if you’re interested and WANT TO BE interested in what you’re watching. His reactions to fire force, Bluelock, and so far Dr. Stone have been pretty good. Others though it’s clear he’s not as invested.

Octo DADDY

Funny how the villians are more likable and are more fun than the heroes.

MachoTM

My hero week for season 6?

ezra

just wanted to mention that toga seems insane or crazy because thats how she began feeling and behaving after being so mistreated by society and her own parents, she wasnt born like it

ForeheadFanClub

longest anime fight in history are GOKU vs FRIEZA.

Eduardo Quijada

prayers for you I hope everything goes better

Abigail Jerry

He’s gonna bust the nut for all of season 6 and 7 😭👀 let’s get ready to rumbleee

Benjamin Schweichler

Name of this reaction should be called My Villian Academia :)

Aquos Rocketleague & Stuff

Btw, All mights predecessor is Shigarakis aunt, and htis is not a spoiler because you know that. In the Kamino Ward fight, were All might lost his powers, One For All told him, and brought real despair to all might. I hope you'll remember! Also prayers for your Dad in law, live, and for you. Hopefully everythings will be fine!

SE

Next REACTION HE HAS TO WATCH 3 EPISODES ... TENKO and TOMURA need to be watched together !! PLZ VOTE IT UP GUYS !!!!

Flaycont

First of all you already know that all might's master is shigaraki's grandma. It was revealed in afo vs all might and you even talked about it. Secondly no they did not kenjaku twice. He stabbed himself in confusion after fighting with his copies which you also already know

K king
>>144644696

The arc is way better in the manga. A lot of good content skipped, plus medicore animation ( For the most part) but anime version isn't terrible just decent I guess. Like a 6.5 imo

SE

a lot of prayz!

SE
>>144769175

yes ofc .. i would be ok if he dont post this week .. family first always !

SE

guys did he not see the academia logo change in the intro ... ? sadge

Peter

Just realized Re-Destro is Sanji's voice actor lol

Mels

Did you see the new logo Nick 👀? It's so cool, this is honestly one of my favorite arcs 🔥🔥🔥

Lucas

bro didnt even realize toga could use uraraka's quirk...

Lucas
>>144657878

bro forget a lot of things to be honest, even quirks sometimes.. watch 3 o 4 animes is not an excuse :3

ArFanik
>>144677955

She went "crazy" because she kept suppressing her quirk. Her mask cracked because she was forced into being someone she is not. She looks in trance and her happiest when she's drinking blood, because she's free to be herself without care of judgement. The reporter thought she was pushing her buttons, but she only made Toga stronger by reminding her of why she's doing this.

CrystalSnow
>>144709263

Everyone tells her to be normal but nobody cares to explain to her what "normal" is
