Aizen, in my opinion... is a sore loser who acts cool. The guy talks as if everything is under his control, which at present is true to some extent. I will dive deeper into this later. That being said, the dynamic between Yamamoto and Aizen is interesting since Aizen is a being CRAVING for evolution through the "Hogyoku", hence why he's been trying sooo many things like hollowification of Soul Reapers aka Vizords, converting hollows into Arrancars, at present he is a guy trying to play and become God. Yamamoto is interesting since Genryusai and Soul Society are the very thing Aizen hates - stagnancy and adhering to the norms of culture, rules and standards. Aizen HATES this and whatever he's currently doing is to "evolve" past these norms by fusing with the Hogyoku... thereby personally undergoing a physical but also an internal "evolution". Ps: Replies in chat, lets be sane and not put out spoilers for the guy, i dont want Nic to get spoiled in future Bleach events.

Bro as Patreon exlusive you could have just watched the episode normally...they legit showed only the best scences Ichigo had till now 10-15 min...it was not boring at all. But yeah other than dat love seeing you love Bleach this much.

I dont know if you will read this or not maybe the mods. But can you please tell him to watch the "filler arcs" even off stream or maybe in his free time. Yes they are filler in the manga but they are not in the anime. A lot of scenes are added to the anime that are not added in the manga. Kubo himself added those because he wanted to write the "Completed" story of bleach. The manga specially TYBW was rushed by weekly shounen I believe so he wasnt able to write it properly. He said that himself in an interview. He was a part of the anime after soul society are up to TYBW.

This is untrue at worst, misleading at best. Kubo's direct involvement in BLEACH's original anime is little to none. The most those filler arcs have from Kubo are designs and vague ideas from the manga's omake. To say that it's Kubo's "complete" story is very misleading. Kubo's involvement in BLEACH TYBW's anime is different, and nothing is regarded as filler because it's actually written and supervised by Kubo. For reference (Kubo and Kudo interview from 2009): Tite Kubo: Basically I describe such impression to Mr. Kudo and he draws it. This time I want to see how he draws so I did not participate. There's a lot of vague moments where I feel like it can't be express clearly, in the end till the next morning we reached a consensus. Q: So this means Kudo-sensei materialised/instantiate what Kubo sensei has describe? Kudo: yeah, work is like preparing a cultural festival, very interesting (laugh) Q: Can I have a look? Kubo: Absolutely. They are all just what I had in mind, so I did not make any changes / modifications. Kubo: Senna (1st movie character), Kusaka (2nd movie character) and the guy in the forst of menos (Ashido) were drawn by me. Amagai and filler characters from Bount arc were drawn by Mr. Kudo. Masashi Kudou: The physical manifestation of Zabimaru is unexpected, also. Kubo: So, a pair! Because originally, the monkey part and the snake part were divided into two. Masashi Kudou: Yes indeed. I also thought of the balance between a male character and a female character. I myself had an image of Mayuri who appeared in Karaburi (laugh), and I thought, in short, "like that...". Kubo almost wants to draw them into the manga, but that's going to be impossible.

And the explanation as to how they managed to find Rukia in the world of the living in the first place, and how that essentially set up the entire soul society arc, I guess that is relegated to filler now with the Bounts.

I wish Nick would rewatch the episode 293. I can't believe he missed Aizen clearing the 4 captains in a matter of seconds. I really think you would have enjoyed and realized how powerful Aizen truly is if you rewatch that scene.

I always hated how Authors treated Yamamoto. He's so strong it's they need to make these dumb fights just to beat him. Full power Yama with Bankai onshots Aizen.
