I think this is the coolest anime of all time. Every single second of it is just so fucking sick, even if it's not the most insanely complex writing you've ever seen i just keep wanting more. That being said, the chat between the elf and jinwoo had me very, very excited to see where the story goes. Seems like there's some seeds being planted there.

Solo Leveling isn't a perfect anime, but one thing is undeniable it's that it's absolute cinema. The animation and the action scenes are amazing, this ep pushed that aspect even further. Epic, just epic.

Notice how everytime kim/Iron uses the taunt skill indicated by the red aura the elfs eyes turn red and he changes focus to him. That means even though he is intelligent somehow he is still forced to apply to the "game" rules

Cuz igris was slightly higher than jinwoos skills when he arise igris and it was barely possible on third/last try to arise him but here the barca was very high level than jinwoo so it's definitely not possible here

I know he hates Crunchyroll, I do too, but a lot of info and dialogue is coming across really poorly. The site he's using never has superb subs for english, but for some reason it's especially bad for Solo Leveling. I'm not sure how they decide who does subtitles for pirated sites, but whoever they payed for Solo Leveling should not get another cent for it. I think for Solo Leveling at least he should try either Crunchyroll or a different site

yeahhh I'm not usually one to complain about the versions or anything you're watching, but the subtitles on this one were REALLY rough. I'm super glad you still enjoyed it, but I would highly recommend either using Crunchyroll or finding a better website if possible, cause these translations were very low quality. Lookin forward to more though :)
