If Nick is using one pace for Wano, make sure he watches some of the most highly rated episodes in One Piece especially the Ishitani Episodes and the legendary stretch from 956 to 982. I really hope there is a mod that is a One Piece expert that can help him figured out the episodes in Wano that he shouldn’t missed in One Piece and also skip the Wano fillers and padding by using One Pace. I am willing to help and do research if you guys need to. I really cared about this show and I really hope Nick has the best viewing experience possible!

dressrosa without the 50 episodes worth of filler must be great... this arc was the breaking point for me, i got so fed up with it that i went to read the manga and finished the arc in an hour. but i dont really read manga so i ended up not continuing the series for another year or so

one pace is definitely not great, cuts out the filler parts but also the parts that take long, and are supposed to. but for dressrosa's final stretch there is no other way to watch it unless you want to see luffy genuinely take 20 minutes to go into his transformation. either way i'm not even watching along so no need to see any weight in my words

it is indeed peak but not a 10/10 arc. Nick even admitted himself plenty of times that because of recency bias, he rates arcs/anime higher than what he actually thinks later on

It’s not a spoiler, the cover stories were revealed literally years ago after Skypeia arc, they were just never adapted into the anime. And it is canon, so are the other cover stories

Wano has a worser pacing and some episodes are really painful to watch, ngl. I think I had a harder time forcing myself through wano, than Dressrosa. WCI is a little bit better, imo.

But it is one of the best arcs of one piece, ngl. I love WCI, too. But i don't like wano that much and stopped watching one piece on the first few episodes of Egghead and switched back to manga. I think sometimes the animation is a bit over the top and it didn't feels like one piece anymore with the crazy light show in wano and egghead.

its not a spoiler and it is canon (all the cover stories are). Its never gonna be mentioned in the show so theres nothing wrong with telling him about it. I think ppl did tell him about it back when he first watched Skypiea

Dressrosa wci and wano all have shit pacing covering 3/4 of a chapter at some points even 1/2 but at least wano was gold plated shit made it a bit more bearable

one pace really made it seem like they all just spawned in Kyros house, and yet they kept in the first bit of Sabos backstory we've already SEEN. god, these one pace editors just looove to pick and choose what they want to keep in and what they don't. "ohhh nooOOo, this scene was 10 seconds longer than it should have been in the manga, ohhh nooo, the horror."... ya know, maybe they should also take all the color out of the anime, and get ride of the audio as well... ya know... so it's CLOSE TO THE MANGA THEN.

@Jamie I'm not saying that kinds stuff doesn't get annoying.... cause it does. but that one piece anime is it's own thing, it has filler, it has added fights and scenes that weren't in the manga. and a lot of those are good, not all of them course. I would be more accepting of one pace if it left at least SOME of the cool stuff the anime did, one example being the eyecatchers. I really miss those

The only thing that matters is Nick is having a good time watching and he's stated more than once he prefers One Pace at this point. Ya'll getting up in arms abt small things being cut is SO annoying when its saving SO SO SO much time and has only heightened the experience for him. It's not like whole fights are getting cut or important moments - it's a one by one re-creation of the manga and it's ENJOYABLE.

@ Eddie. look... I've come around on one pace ok (since it's the only way I can watch his reactions to one piece). Ans I DO get that people like it because it gets rid of so much fluff and it easier to catch up when using it ( I mean... even with one pace, whole cake island was still soooo hard to get through ). BUT I STILL don't like how it cut scenes that ADDED to the experience by making some scenes better or more cohesive. Example: if in the manga during a fight it's really hard to keep track of where characters are or what is even happening, the anime has the chance to make it more clear and add things to better explain stuff.. or just to add something cool. ya know. I just wish some people would understand that this is the one piece ANIME, ok ANIME not MANGA, sometimes the manga has flaws and the anime is better or at lest improves on things the manga didn't do very well.
