Zou actually only goes up to episode 776 on one pace. the last 3 episodes I assume are in the first episode of whole cake island for one pace.

I'm enjoying One Pace along with you. First experience with it and it made me enjoy Dressrosa more, still no regrets on watching One Piece, I will keep doing that. But I enjoy watching you have way more fun with One Pace. Thats why I'm here, to watch you enjoy the Anime I love. All I can say, and I think a lot of people would agree on this, is to watch episode 1015 using regular One Piece, its a beautiful masterpiece of an episode. Trust us when we ask for this. Loving month piece, its been awesome so thank you!

List of reveals in Zou: 1. Minks and Samurais are long time friends 2. Raizo is safe 3. Momo is the heir to Wano, and son of Oden 4. Oden was on Gol D Roger's ship, and has been to the last island 5. Oden was previously on Whitebeard's ship as well, and is friends with the crew of both these ships 6. Oden was executed by Kaido and the current Daimyo of Wano 7. Road Poneglyphs mark 4 islands, at the middle of which is the last island Raftel 8. Mink-Ninja-Samurai-Pirate alliance formed 9. Straw hats are on the right path to the last island 10. The Kozuki clan created the poneglyphs, and have passed down the art of reading and writing the script. Honestly I don't blame you Nick if you overlook some of these later. The whole Zou arc in one day is an information overload. Absolutely insane you finished it in one sitting.

Using one pace is okay and i'm enjoying it along with you. BUT, don't believe that one pace only removing filler scene, it also removes some small good scene (be it jokes, fights or other things, knowing Oda, god knows if they're important or not). And if your goal is to catch up the anime, it's okay to use it. My suggestion is don't use it for Wano, maybe there are some bad pacing, yes, but overall it's still amazing. And i heard one pace cut is really bad in Wano.

Tbh I still don't like One pace, you should still Watch It as you Wish not complaining, think that we weekly watchers got 50 episodes a year (maybe) and you watched them in 5 days, so It Is understandable getting out all the flashbacks because to you were minutes ago, to US were weeks if not months apart.

wano has the worst pacing. Have you even read the manga? Wano needs One Pace the most. they made a complete epsisode of two manga panels. The normal wano episode are half a manga chapter

A fan project that removes all the filler from the One Piece anime and makes the pacing like the manga and not dragged out a ton. Its goal is to basically make the anime as accurate to the manga as possible. Also there’s usually 3 episodes of the normal one piece anime in one 30-40 min episode of one pace. It cut out 25 grueling hours of Dressrosa’s horrible pacing too.

So while dressrosa was long and a little annoying cutting out stuff can also be a bad thing like cutting out the context of things so you might get confused because you're missing crucial information now cutting out the flashbacks that I can understand because I swear I've seen Sanji and Robin's flashback over 30 times for both characters That's 60 flashbacks and while there are times that flashbacks are useful for portraying emotions during certain events if done correctly and it's just a quick 10 to 30 second flashbacks then fine it's OK but one piece has only used flashbacks correctly like 10 times in over 1000 episodes most of the time when they use flashbacks in one piece it's unnecessary and they don't use them at the right time and when you interrupt a important moment or a awsom battle out of nowhere for no good reason to show me a flashback I've already seen 25 times yes it pisses me off and I get angry and I just yell STOOOOOOOOP! WHYYYYYYYYYY! I'VE ALREADY SEEN THIS FLASHBACK 28 TIMES I DON'T NEED TO SEE IT AGAIN STOOOOOOOOOOOP! so I can understand cutting that crap out but it also probably cuts out important information or important dialog that is important to the characters or the story so if it was me personally I would just stick to the regular one piece and if a flashback happens I would just fast forward to the end of the flashback but if nick wants to watch one pace let him it's his reaction

only the first 1/3 of Wano can use One Pace id say (and maybe a portion of the last 1/3). 80%-90% of it does not need it tho.

nah it never cuts out any manga canon dialogue. It only cuts out anime original content and unneeded recaps. A lot of moments that ppl find important are actually anime original. If theres anything important thats cut from anime original content then someone will let him know so he can watch it later tho.

oh yeah I also used to think it was just a translation error and that it was not a spoiler. I'm sure they didnt mean to spoil anything. I always just thought they put the first spelling cuz Oda had not yet revealed the correct spelling by that point so the translators had no idea how to spell it.

People are asking to tone down on one pace for wano mostly cause the animation is much higher quality and they want you to see the really well animated scenes that might be cut out. I think one pace includes most of these anyway so you should be fine and you can always check those scenes out afterward as well

one pace also removes a lot of the tension in some scenes. and the cutting isn't always the best especially when there's music in the background its kinda obvious...

Agree Antimeter, dropped watching One Piece weekly on Wano 5 times and never managed to finish the anime there. Instead read the manga. 1/4 a chapter per episode is a crime.

True, one pace kill a lot of tensions and build up And people should know that Oda purposely left out some scenes (like fights) from the manga because he wants to save panel and leave it to anime staff to handle it, so you can miss some things using one pace

Honestly I love One Pace when it covers so much in some episodes. But on second note I hate it when they cut fights. Like guys snap out of it. We are watching anime to get animated version of manga panel. We want 1 panel fight to be episode long. This is what animators do. Thats the main deal. We don't watch anime for voiceover of manga. But again I like One Pace when they tell all the backstories very quickly. Like its my type of thing - Enough of the talking, show me the battle. And Wano Fights are fire fr. One pace definitely will ruin it.

I'm quite enjoying One Face right now, but if the fight scene in Wano Arc gets cut off, honestly, One Piece is better i know pacing is worse but animation is 1000% better But if they haven't deleted the fight scene, welcome onepace

One Pace hasn't adapted 1015 yet, but even the alternate to One Pace that covers what it hasn't edited yet (Onigashima Pace) leaves 1015 completely untouched.

I can see how new viewers can think it’s a translation issue with there being so many sources of translations over the years and the official being out. But for those following since the beginning before the official reveal, it has always been “Raftel”. Honestly knowing the name from Stampede was funny, but knowing the name didn’t take too much out of the reveal for me. Hope it’ll be the same for him.

Yoo I thought I was tripping 👀 I understand that the creators of Pace want to remove all fillers and stuff but epic scenes like that get cut too, just cause they haven't been in the manga? SPOILER FOR THE ARC AFTER WANO AHEAD . . . . . . So by their logic they have to cut 90% of the Luffy vs Lucci fight as well. Like the whole ass transformation scenes and so much more.. thats kinda dumb and turns me of One Pace completely, ngl Edit: I just watched the episode and holy shit, they really cut so much of the fight out. Roger's flashback)" "Eiichiro Oda and his editors knew the true name was "Laugh Tale" for a long time but kept it hidden to avoid spoiling the significance of the name before the reveal." The first mention of Laugh Tale was in the Stampede movie which aired around the start of Wano.

Well my first watch of One Piece up to the start of egghead was in dub and I'm pretty sure they called it Laugh Tale all the way through. Even if you know the islands name nothing loses significance

All that means is that the dub spoiled it for you. There is some confusion about L vs R in sub vs dub, hence in some dubs it's Alabasta while in others it's Arabasta, so it would make sense if some dubs had Raftel as Laftel, but straight up Laugh Tale is an obvious spoiler, you're not supposed to know that until it's explained why it's called that by Roger. Some dubs even have Gol D. Roger instead of Gold Roger, which again is a spoiler. You could say that these things aren't spoilers, but then by that logic nothing is a spoiler. If you have information which is revealed later, you are already spoiled. Once you are spoiled, you can't undo it, so it doesn't make sense to say "it didn't take anything from the story", because you can never know at that point.
