It's never glorified or to be seen as FANSERVICE (and If you think it is: you are part of the problem) it's not fucking normalized it's just a danger that's always around for females! They've been doing that for decades with Shounen, so it's kind of inevitable. I must say, with Dandadan, they're sticking with the whole sexual assault or abuse theme since ep 1. It has more substance, and it allows Momo to shine and have badass scenes

It’s fine to not like it happening, but to say Dan da Dan is normalizing or making it look like a good thing is obviously wrong. If you can get past this episode, I can assure you from someone who read all of the manga, nobody ever tries to sa someone again. At least from what I remember. Just think about it.

Maybe i was misunderstood but I was talking about animes in general, not just Dan da Dan specifically. Way too much sexualization and fan service of characters that are usually minor. All the peak animes don't have it and it's much better!! Peace

I suppose, and I guess if you don’t like fan service in general, although, those scenes in Dan da Dan aren’t fanservice, I can get why some aren’t comfortable with it. In this episode, it doesn’t even last long. And it never happens again from here on out. Do what you want I guess, I never saw a problem with including stuff like this as long as they don’t go too far and they obviously view it as something horrible. Which this series does.

Yeah because Vinland didnt show women being abused lmfao. Every media shows it different, and as long as they don't glorify it - but show that its wrong and dangerous, I'm fine with it. Like others told you: That's the only SA for now.. There are other ugly scenes for women, but it's never FANSERVICE (fanservice is for pleasing!)
