Ry

When they held hands in the preview for ep 3 😊

Wild Wesley

The evil eye, wasn’t causing the parents to do anything, the worm was, the evil eye was protecting the kids by canceling out the psychic waves, but because the kids were still suffering and Kitos we’re still sacrificing kids, the evil eye felt helpless and jaded. It really is a cool backstory. All the yokai have awesome backstories.

Armavel

Yes, they did nice job with Evil Eye story. Strong 9.3/10

yasmina C

idk if you read the manga, but theres 2 more backstories (for non-yokai) that really broke my heart

Wild Wesley

I think I have an idea of which 2 you’re referring to and yeah… Dandadan caught me completely off guard as a manga, both in its absurdity and when I got used to that, its sudden switch to sincerity and depth. I’m up to date on the manga (it’s the first anime I’ve watched where I was already reading the manga before it came out). I’m looking forward to eventually getting to see those stories animated.

New Kaiju no8 trailer out now with new ED song. The best trailer in terms of visuals and emotions

Mésion

That's some good stuff. You should Check out Clevatess, great Dark Fantasy anime for now.

Sinbad_Deity

Ah yes your classic white Asians 🤦

Sinbad_Deity

I'm sorry, but you are not one to talk about dropping anime 😭

Sabrina Rivera

I for the life of me DID NOT REALIZE THAT! I both read it and now saw it animated and I still didn’t realize until right now! Thank God for this comment! It all makes sense why Jiji was okay but not his folks! 😭

Ares

I just got back from a Ado concert at the tacoma dome in Washington

Okarun vs jiji finna go insane (okarun mops)🔥🔥🔥

Roli D. Great

Dandadan's author has some fetish with underwear, especially pants.

Roli D. Great

Last comment of Nick at the end of the episode was insane! They do look like Messi (Okarun transformed) vs Ronaldo (Jiji transformed) lol xD

Seth

The chainsaw man trailer is out 🔥

SibirPrizrak

Cohen Boak

Zenii

valid this ep was insane

Zenii

i dont think he noticed that the worm was the one killing the parents not evil eye

Flow

just re-read some of the following chapters and jet's just say....^^

Martin Fink

You hit Momo not you have to deal with her crush.

PandaPlun

Missed something

Tbh it’s convoluted even in the manga. To add in that the worm can also can make people commit suicide along with the evil eye, can and will have people thinking that the evil eye straight up murked parents accidentally. Which we know isn’t the case
