I watched the first episode and got hooked. Decided to read the manga and caught up in 3 days..the manga is soo good. Kinda gives me R rated Black Clover vibes.. interesting characters, amazing action sequences, compelling story..so good. Now the long wait each week

Nothing too gory honestly, but there are some mature/serious things that happen. Compared to Black Clover it's got a more serious tone, but still kinda jokes around. I definitely recommend the manga if you have some free time. It's available online free on Weeb Central.

There is some gore, but they're mostly talking about a certain character's backstory that covers some pretty sensitive subject matter. I don't want to get into spoilers but it is absolutely crucial that her backstory remains uncensored.

I think this series is inspired by Japan Shinto religion, where they believe every thing has a soul in it or can be inhabited by a god. I wonder if there are going to be tsukomogami (objects who come to life as Youkai)
