Probably top 20 anime for me personally but I would guess for most people it would be somewhere around there top 30 to top 50 best anime of all time. And it's a finished anime so It's completely wrapped up. Has a fantastic amazing ending. Top 10 best anime ending of all time easily hands down. Also, they're celebrating its 10th anniversary. It's been 10 years since this anime has aired. So be kind of cool to watch it together as a community after 10 years. Lots of people asking for shows you wont like or that take an insane time investment to start getting good, I would recommend: Golden Kamuy, Steins;Gate, or Iron-Blooded Orphans. Steins Gate is by far the best of these 3 but takes about 9 episodes of character and lore building to get REALLY good. IBO is a Gundam show but even if you dislike mechs you will like it (its just really fun). Golden Kamuy is also just fun asf with a unique premise and time period. I love Gintama but the time investment to get to the main story is really insane and I do not think it works well for the weekly patreon format to be fully honest.

It is very highly rated on my anime list or MAL for short so it's not underrated in terms of how good it is. But it is underrated in terms of how many people have actually watched it. Mostly probably because of the picture on the show and the name of the show it doesn't look interesting. It doesn't sound interesting. I myself put this show off for like 4 years before I watched it and I regret putting it off for so long because now it's my favorite anime ever. It is a drama show. I know a lot of people don't like dramas and I myself don't like dramas shows in general, but this one. This one is special. This one is something amazing. And it needs to be watched by not just you nick but by everybody. This show is very emotionally driven and character-driven, and there's a lot of character growth and character development in this show. This show is a work of art, not just in storytelling, not just in character development but in the animation and in the soundtrack the whole thing is just a work of art. It is a masterpiece. And if you've read this whole thing and you're still reading and you haven't watched violet evergarden Before do yourself a favor and go watch It. You can find it on Netflix. It's amazing there's also 2 movies for it as well. That continues the story after the TV series finished airing.

You should give it a watch, it's obviously mixed in response. But it's hands down one of the best anime I've ever seen (In my top 2). And I've seen almost all of the anime everyone's suggested in the comments here. KINGDOM ... 15th best selling manga of all time. It will probably lose in the poll because it is not as popular outside of Japan as it should be. You also have to look at the viewing figures as a creator. Only the first season is a garbage of terrible CGI animation, but if I hadn't gotten through that dump, I wouldn't have seen the war masterpiece that came after it. Sawano helped compose the music and it's like AoT+Vinland Saga+Berserk combined. It would be best if you watched the non spoiler video and decided for yourself regardless of the poll and what others want from you. The times when you decided for yourself what to watch were the best. It's really a shame if this anime doesn't reach you.
