Made In Abyss - Ep 3 "Departure" (UNCUT REACTION)

EDIT: from the looks of it Nick has turned it off. W I really recommend turning off the automatic op and ed skip for Made in Abyss. And not just me, but practically everyone who is a Made in Abyss fan. There are multiple episodes and a part of the movie where the op or ed are replaced by footage and Kevin Penkin music. The auto skip system skipped the opening sequence on your reaction to the first episode. It skipped some footage and one of the best Kevin Penkin songs all together. I was kinda looking forward to seeing your second “first” reaction to the track, as you’ve seen episode 1 once before starting the series. And because you know how good Kevin’s music is, I know you don’t want to miss those. Basically, I’m worried for situations like with the movie, where it doesn’t have an opening song but instead has a sequence like in the first episode. So the streaming service will very likely considers that sequence to be an opening song like with episode 1, and would then skip it.

YES PLEASE THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED

Miky D

From now on the real anime begins

GdVortex

Man im so excited! I got a wide grin on my face and I can’t do anything about it. Seeing Nick be so excited to watch the show and appreciate every track that plays in the background fills me with incredible amounts of joy. This journey is going to be thrilling!

Sonithy

And just a reminder to nick that only one of the movies is a required watch the other two are recaps of up to the required film that film being Dawn of the deep soul

Andy Lyu

There is actually a Made in Abyss game, and it is actually pretty decent. And a little bit souls like.

Orange

I love this reac so much guys

Hxlo

Finally starting

Airtiger

Love it when Rikki explains the layers. It sets them up and makes us excited to see what each layer is like. This whole anime makes it easy it feel like we are also exploring the layers.

Alex Bleisch

You don‘t finish made in Abyss. This series finishes you

A

You have no idea what is coming. This anime is simply overwhelming. It is the best way I can say it without spoiling

Nathan

if there was an anime to not livestream, it's this one, you're in for a right journey with this one

Idris Naama

This is now where the series REALLY begins and get ready Nick because you're in for one of the most powerful experiences a piece of media has ever portrayed emotionally.

Bähni

In regards to the movies, the first two are recap movies for season 1. Only dawn of the deep soul is new. It´s canon as well and is the follow up to season 1. So the watch order is season 1, dawn of the deep soul and then season 2.

tom leier

oh finally abyss time. also in previous video you saw theres movie 1 and 2, those are s1 recaps, those can be ignored. The real sequel is dawn of deep soul and then onto s2

Teletubbies on PlayStation

You know he likes mia because we don't need to wait till 11:00 p.m. for him to watch it

aabitto

You only need to watch the 3rd movie. the first 2 are just recap of season 1.

Gol d Roger

Fire Bird

There's a game of made in abyss, but the roblox game abyss world is prettier to be fair and it's inspired by it.

GOAT Watcherz ForLif3

Nick says he’ll take it slow he won’t he’s not gonna be able to stop watching here soon lol

Ashton Laznicka

The Abyss is full of many mysteries to uncover!

BadmanEugene

I don't think he will enjoy season 2

GOAT Watcherz ForLif3

angelo

A

Season 2 is better than the first. And the first is amazing

A

Mia is honestly good all around. I don't what you all are talking about

Ares

Bro's thinking about this like its a kids anime 💀

Arctic_Hokkyoku

He will know what to expect tho, so maybe he will understand the main themes of that season

Endriu

I edit my comment and correct this...

RadzioxxD

Just wait for the next episodes... The landscapes will blow your mind

I3ladeDragon

The Minecraft server for it is peak. NGL

James Perrott

Movie 1 and 2 are just recaps of season 1 btw, no need to watch them, it’s the exact same content but condensed Movie 3 is the only one you gotta watch, and is the direct continuation after season 1 > Season 1 > Movie 3 (Dawn of the Deep Soul) > Season 2 That’s the order

James Perrott

There is actually a made in abyss game It definitely looks kinda cheaply made, nothing really amazing but supposedly it’s decently fun

James Perrott

I’m SO glad you’re THIS into it already, and we’ve only just finished the basic introduction really, the series only actually begins now I cannot wait

Tbush

From what I saw and heard, people make the mistake of thinking it's a hack/slash game where you go in and kill everything in your path. If you play it as if you were surviving and scavenging in the anime, it's a lot more fun. Just go in and complete your objective, avoid enemies if possible, and don't let your equipment break (everything has low durability)

Roosterbärs

Yes. I've been meaning to say this but I'm a procrastinator lol

Azariel 竜月

This show is really well constructed , the mystery of the Abyss, the atmosphere around it , the characters etc , this is special and I'm glad you get to experience it , and really taking it in , it's the type of Anime you watch and it changes you, the Awe is surreal, the score the narrative. Peak is in the Abyss !

Oh Yeaaa

Osts are just too good

Oh Yeaaa

Can't wait for him the watch the movie it's actually going to be insane

Vicktor Davis

If you don't know yet Reg has Killua's VA
