To be fair to Nic, we only recently learned about Teach's bloodline in the manga. This line was cryptic when the chapter first came out & no one knew for sure what they meant by that As well, it is very easy to forget Catarina Devon's power. When I first read this chapter I was confused on why they did that until I looked up her power and was reminded that she imitated Absalom

the thing is with the situation you are in regarding the binging the show vs watching it weekly is when one piece ends the biggest spoilers ever will flood the internet and there isn't anything you could do about it. So you are either caught up and watch/read alongside the ongoing or get spoiled but get to binge watch it. I really hate spoilers because they ruin the experience so much for me and that's why I am caught up to the manga

Well, they have a lot to prepare for the episodes, especially for the upcoming ones, so I can understand the breaks, better a week break and get 4-5 awesome episodes than having months-long breaks

I know what you mean Muhammad, and to keep it *mostly* spoiler free, my guess is that it will be revealed in a flash back later that once Catarina left egghead she used Saturns face to gain access to something important before heading back to the rest of the BB pirates. However, who knows. I agree with what you’re getting at, but why would Oda write this in if he wasn’t going to use it?
