Yes nick this is them at their best, but for some reason people think they got weaker which doesn't make sense when it's confirmed multiple times that momoshiki is stronger than kaguya and that naruto and Sasuke could each solo a kaguya level threat

a lot of people say and think that Naruto and sasuke got nerfed or got weaker In boruto but that is just wrong. they actually are nerfed for this fight since 50% of kuramas chakra got stolen and sasuke had to teleport multiple people but they are still way way stronger than back then. they are fighting someone stronger than kaguya while not being at 100% and they are able to defeat him rather easily. against kaguya they had no chance of defeating her

Oh which version is stronger, definitely the adult version. The only thing Naruto lost is the truth seeker orbs( black balls) but he also gained other half of kurama as well. And as an adult, Naruto and Sasuke can 1v1 kaguya and have more than 70% chance to even kill her.

Hey Nicholas heads up. After Episode 66, ep 93 and 95 are an adaptation of a novel that I like. Nice slice of life. However episodes 106-111 is a novel arc that has absolutely nothing to do with Boruto series and is essentially filler, even if it's listed as canon. I feel you would be the type of person to want to skip this. 148 is where the Boruto manga continues after 66. However there is a really good anime only arc (128-136) that I'm sure a lot of people would want you to watch. It has to do with the third Otsutsuki you saw in this arc.

But one thing that still bothers me about this episode is that Naruto didn't participate in the final fight and was just a chakra battery for Boruto. Naruto wasn't so out of it that he couldn't fight, but unfortunately the show is called Boruto and he had to have the final blow. Sasuke was also just a helper. It's just so forced. I'm surprised how Nick sometimes says something that will be true later.

"It's heavy" is one of my favorite lines in any piece of media. Naruto shows boruto everything he asked about. Thats such a perfect line to describe Narutos experiences and it perfectly sums up this beautiful beautiful arc and fully takes advantage of everything a sequel should

If the adult versions of Naruto and Sasuke are supposed to be stronger, then for me it's not the best representation. They have more experience, but that's about it. There are gray areas, but like Sasuke in the final valley controlled 75% of the chakra of all the biju and Naruto lost the truth seeking balls and the sun seal. But then again he only had 50% of Kurama, but then he had the boost six paths chakra from Hagoromo. It's more believable to me that the Shippuden versions are stronger, purely based on the expression. Unfortunately in Boruto they didn't even bother to show during the fight that he still had the other biju in him besides Kurama. From the beginning the intention was to nerf Naruto and Sasuke and that's it! People complained about the nerf, so they just deleted them from the story. A bit weak writing.

Nick watch the Kara actuation arc 157-175. It’s peak and leads into the best arc of Boruto. Dark and great character development. You’ll enjoy it as much as this arc

Besides Hashirama, he was the strongest shinobi ever. After that, he regained his living body, modified with Hashirama cells, and became even stronger. Later, he became the Jubi Jinchūriki—basically a god. And yet, Kaguya defeats him easily. Kaguya is a real god. Think about Sasuke and Naruto in the Final Valley—how strong they were—and still, just a few hours earlier, they struggled to seal Kaguya (they had to seal her, with the help of Kakashi, Sakura, and Obito, because they weren't able to kill her). These two villains that we’ve just seen defeated are supposed to be stronger than Kaguya, because she was afraid of them. Now… I know that was a giant Rasengan… but seriously? Was that really enough to obliterate him? It’s ridiculous.

Naruto and Sasuke are definitely at their peak strength here. Teenage Naruto and Sasuke seems stronger but they're definitely not. Just remember, Kaguya made the entire army of Zetsus in shippuden because she was scared of fighting Momoshiki and Kinshiki and a fused version of Momo got curb-stomped by Naruto and Sasuke who were both at 50% power because Naruto’s energy had been drained by Momo for the most part and Sasuke had used up a lot of energy by teleporting himself and everyone to this dimension.

Hey Nic, after ep 66 you technically skip a ton to get to canon again. However, 93-95 is some extremely wholesome filler. It is funny and so nice as a Naruto fan. it is some fans favorite content. Literally called "parent and child day" arc. What you absolutely can't skip is the time slip arc 127-136. From the name alone you should understand what you're in for. It is not canon, but should be. It's something you would absolutely regret skipping. 120-126 is cool too, get some tailed beast stuff. There are more fantastic filler arcs. But honestly after that we can move to 141 and manga canon. Those are just episodes you specifically don't want to miss.

Most people seem to think and cope that naruto still has six paths power. He doesnt. He lost it after the war arc and the biggest way to tell is his chakra cloak design. Also if he still had them the fights in boruto would have been way different.

To put it into perspective (because someone once argued with me that Boruto is not a genius), Naruto needed a month to learn Rasengan, with help and tips. Boruto learned it in a few days. Naruto needed another few years and weeks of hard working with clones, to learn to add wind style to it, Boruto did it during those few days haha. Also he can already use wind, lightning and water... he's a genius like my boy Neji

People keep saying "Naruto got nerfed" "Naruto lost his Sage of Six Paths mode!" etc. this is false. here is why. you're mistaking SO6P mode with his Sun seal. he lost the sun seal, that is why he can't regenerate body parts/eyes (like he did with Kakashi). he still has SO6P in Boruto. he just uses KCM with it. HOWEVER. he did technically lose SO6P mode after losing Kurama (Isshiki fight) since the nine tails chakra was necessary to using it. if you don't believe me, there are plenty of videos explaining this on YouTube. a good one for example is "Naruto STILL has Sage of Six Paths Mode?! - NCHammer 23"
