So what are the other 1 or 2 anime your going to react to the first episodes of. Because you said you would choose 5 to 6 and so far on stream you only reacted to 4. Unless the other 1 or 2 wii be on another stream later this week. Im really hoping its the one that's like frieren but has no magic and the other one im hoping for takes place at a school.

Overlord, Slime, and Mushoku Tensei are my favorite isekai anime. I'd put The Beginning After the End in there if they didn't botch the anime (which I refuse to watch) so badly. It's basically Mushoku without the questionable protagonist.

ngl I think you'd really like this anime, but the ONLY downside I can see is all of the reading you have to do, it can get a bit dialogue heavy

Glad you enjoyed it. I think the fact that you've watched SAO helped you with adapting to the tropes. This anime 100% gets better. It's basically anti Slime in some ways

Ive only just watched Overlord S1 myself and whilst I liked the characters I found the plot incredibly boring. But that's just me, maybe Nick will enjoy it

Everyone has this one show, where against all odds, they think it is completely overrated. Overlord is that show for me. I dropped it somewhere in season 2 or 3. To me, it was decent at the best of times... nothing about the story caught my attention and the character design were boring to me, the mc probably the worst of them all.

I came back to catch up on your boruto 1 post a week, but things are picking up with more anime i like, like Overlord!! Shonen is getting stale for me, unless its a series i was already into.
