I really like how they basically explained that Izuku has this mindset because of his upbringing as a quirkless child. If someone could be capable of giving something as precious as OFA to him, despite him essentially being at the very bottom of society, a reject, then why can’t he extend a hand to someone also rejected by society as well.

I don't want to be that guy. But is it just me or recently nick doesn't immerse himself into the story. It feels like he just watch the anime to look at the production sides of it and also trying too hard to make jokes. Like i get it, the jokes are for our own entertainment and the production of my hero is amazing. But i want to see him just immerse in the story instead of how good the anime is visually comparing to other anime in his mind (one frame man). Like one of the AFO powers got stolen, he is more focus on how hard the visual looks instead "oh shit" moment. Im not a hater really, always watch his reactions to music or anime. Im just trying to give some constructive criticism.

tbh i think he does mix the exalting feeling of the visual and the story without telling about how the story and flashbacks came together for this episode. he doesn't speak about the story but idk imo i feel like he cares really about the story, i can't really make a constructive comment about the how it's noticeable like he does take attention to the story. I think without the story he wouldn't react this way. there is too much stuff to point out making me thing he does immerse in the story and the animation result at same time. i guess the feeling of his hype does hide his constructive commentary (which is not a bad thing).

For anime that gets released on YT, he tends to push himself to be more entertaining. It is what it is I suppose. He usually rewatch an episode to check things that he may missed though, so I wouldn't worry too much about him not understanding the story

Yes he exaggerates his reactions he's been doing this for years and its why you subscribe. Not sure what you're complaining about if its getting old to you then move on to another channel. This is what he does and his brand he built up its not going to change this is how he handles his content. It does get old really fast its why I dont watch the streams anymore and will selectively pick shows he covers because it does get annoying, but I still support him because he does genuinely love this shit he just feels pressured to make it entertaining for us. Also kind of confused because he did like a full 2 minute breakdown of the story at the end of the video lol.

This was the final battle and you basically missed all the dynamics of the fight - what was actually happening - by missing the dialogue. It was very frustrating to watch.

Yes, however, no one would want to watch the reactions if he put more focus on reading the dialogue and diving deeper into the plot, as he wouldn't be able to make the super-hype reactions most people want from reaction YouTubers. If you want to know other people's in-depth opinions on the story/dialogue, that's where anime reviewers shine, since they watch the show off camera and can spend more time rewatching/understanding the plot. In a perfect world, Nicholas would watch the video for the reaction, rewatch it off-screen to understand the plot and the video, then post a separate review video with his in-depth thoughts; however, he would split his audience and cause slower uploads, which are both crucial for reaction youtubers' growth.

I get what you're saying Ralph, but I think he went a bit overboard here. He's the one that needs to relax lol. I watch his content for his reaction to the anime, which I enjoy for the most part. That's why I'm subscribed. But I expect him to actually react to the anime and not vent about OPM here. I'd think he'd appreciate feedback that's just going to make his content better and in-tern make him more money, considering his recent comments on toxic positivity, no?

Or maybe, Ralph, he actually despises his patrons and thinks we're all pathetic losers for paying for a reaction channel and he should just remove the unsubscribe option so we're all forced to block the bill from our bank app and then bans anyone who makes a criticism on his patron comment sections...I guess time will tell ;) Pretty sure he's not that kind of asshole though.

Simply false, I always find the most enjoyment when he's clearly interested in understanding the show he's watching... Makes it feel more authentic and like he actually cares about what is happening.
