Definitely. There are many good series which don't have adaptations or only have very bad adaptations. I recommend Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint. It's like solo leveling but better in every way except the edgy hype moments

I don't really know how you'd even do that, but personally, as long as you're reading the One Punch Man manga I don't mind either way. That story deserves to be known, regardless of whether the anime sucks the manga is peak.

Absolutely yes, please. If you do, here are recommendations: 0: Hunter x Hunter (I mean, there is like 80 chapters to read and more will release soon enough. The current arc is a masterclass of intricacy, I have a feeling you will have trouble following the plot line but it would be cool to see you continue it) 1: One Piece 2: Tokyo Ghoul 3: Berserk 4: Vagabond 5: Vinland Saga 6: Goodbye Eri (Short Fujimoto one-shot, really good but it's likely to be turned into a movie soon enough) There is so much more, like Homunculus if you want a serious psychological one, although it may not be for reactions, especially if you don't have above average media literacy (sorry) Don't do CSM manga, although its incredible I feel you would appreciate it more as an anime.

The best one would be one you enjoy. Manga is a very different medium to anime. I’d say something like Punpun or Berserk would be great. I know you’ve read some of Tokyo Ghoul, but it may still be a good candidate. Also, people may like One Punch Man or even AOT or Naruto if you want to go for an anime you watched in manga form.

first I would say, that one punch man deserves it, with the way how anime ended. second, I understand that people want mainstream things like one piece, but I dont think it would be that much entertaining, because outside from some differences it will be same as anime, and in case starting from start will miss the "first time" experience, and in case of starting where anime ended ruin anime reaction in future. (For instance imagine you would now read solo leveling, and then go to anime, knowing already what will happen. Reactions on S3 would have not the "first time" feel, and you potentialy only try to find what is wrong with it agaist source material). Personaly I recommend for you these ones to read in solo. For reaction, I think would be good mangas, which dont have anime adaptations, or on which we know there will be continuation of them (or its unlikely, like, I lost hope for drifters season 2). In this I think for instance GATE: so JSDF fought there can be good.

(Boruto next Naruto generations), after you finish the anime there’s still some manga chapters left of part 1 boruto that didn’t get animated yet. The manga is far better than the anime. Then (boruto two blue vortex) which is also fire Ps: don’t listen to that guy telling you there’s no point of reading the boruto manga, he doesn’t know anything he’s talking about. We don’t know when the anime is coming back.

Would definitely care man! Boruto is leagues better as a manga. Demon Slayer is finished and would be an easy read, but I think a lot of webtoons novels are worth reading. Solo leveling as a manwha as well

Hi Nick, we all know that you love Naruto, and Naruto is already finished as anime and Manga, But I would really appreciate if you read the last chapter, chapter 700 of Naruto which neither Naruto anime and Boruto covered, that gives a proper ending to the anime. The Studio didn’t even adapted last chapter of Naruto but they also didn’t adapted the first chapter of Boruto. Boruto’s Manga is worth reading you can watch the anime episode and after that can read the same chapter in manga it will only take 5 minutes maximum.

Manga and maybe Manhwa (Korean webtoon style) reactions would be cool. For Manga, OPM is always there, especially with Murata's epic drawings. Also you could read One Piece (cos why not), Tokyo Ghoul (cos better than anime). For Manhwas, Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint (ORV - amazing all round, with great visuals); you could read Solo Leveling (the art is top notch); Noblesse (the style is a bit dated but love the story)

Yeah that'd be fine, and since it's on patreon you can just show the panels as you're reading which is nice. As far as what to read, I'd say pick something that you've wanted to read, or a series you've heard was good but has a shit anime adaptation. You're not used to manga reactions and would have to find your stride with it, so picking something you'll be interested in is the safe choice.

Survival story of a Sword King is legitimately the best manga/manhwa I have read that hasn't had an anime release. It's a very good story with a mix of comedy and expands its own lore while still keeping the main plot front and center. Add in its amazing art (when it matters) and I don't think I could recommend a better non-anime for anime watchers Regardless I bet whatever you choose will be worth a watch for a few chapters at least

I think for manga reaction it's best you react to what you like best like One Piece, Vinland Saga etc or maybe just check out a bunch of new manga like what you did with anime where you took a genre and reacted to bunch of 1st episodes, just choose a genre and read the 1st volume of like 4-5 manga and react to it

Many great options here, but if I may go against the grain a little, I don't think you should read the manga for any anime you are currently watching/reacting to (except OPM cuz let's be honest there is no redemption there). I say this because I think it would take away a little from your reaction to plot twists or unexpected moments, but on the other hand I guess it could be cool to compare your reactions to finally seeing amazing manga panels animated. Idk, just something to consider. With that out of the way my recommendation is Kagurabachi (although there may already be an anime in the works for this)

You should read Naruto part 1. The Manga panels go super hard, and the story telling is more productive imo. I still have the original shonen jump magazine with the Sasuke searching for Itachi arc in part 1, where Kisame and Itachi are tailing Naruto. Goated

Kingdom. One of the best manga of all time with an absolutely god awful anime adaptation for the first two seasons. Think 2016 Berserk but for 50+ episodes. You could watch the anime from the third season onwards but there's still some issues with censorship even in the latest seasons.

So, manga that can be done beginning to end would be Tokyo Ghoul/Re, Chainsaw Man pt1, Dandadan Kintama Saga, and Vinland Saga. Ones that are ongoing: Chainsaw Man pt2, All of Dandadan, Centuria, Choujin X, and Witch Hat Atelier.
