Seems like they are going too hard with artistic freedom in these episodes, as manga reader i kinda miss those panels where its focused on their faces and kinda simple, I don't think most people will notice Ogis flashback is related to Toji but manga just shows it much better and a other couple of scenes kinda went same way, but oh well, still good adaptation

The frames and action happened so fast in this episode bro missed a lot, you should watch in x0.25 when it's going too fast for you to fully enjoy it, because there is really good frames that ure missing, and dont hesitate to rewind 5/10secs, I think we prefer you to not miss it (and stop watching that screen on your left it makes you miss so much more stuff)

9/10 episode here easily, I know people said it should’ve been split into two episodes but honestly if it had like 3-4 more minutes for the emotional pauses in the beginning and a touch more Toji this episode would be a 10. Still with what we got here I can’t believe it, thanks for the uncut Nick

for me jjk since the start of season 2 the animation is just all over the place. Its just flashy and some detail thats all. Fps is bad, animation is choppy, some frams just out of place, choreography isnt plan properly. Overall, they try too much.

Nick best animation dosent mean best shonen. Despite how awesome this arc was there's not that much to it. Maki who was getting held back by mai being twins cut her heavenly restriction in half. And she just killed the clan after being shit on by them her whole life. The clan sowed their own demise by just by being absolute ducks lol. Naoya in the manga did more damage to maki. And naoya is just a really great villain I'm talking about manga naoya

poor designed BG characters, excessive FPS lacking fine details, this was not up to par with other peak JJK episodes. it’s just a matter of observation you don’t need a degree to notice these things. Whether it was intentional or not, it didn’t fit imo

Honestly if you only watch it every 2 to 3 years when a new season comes out you would be pretty confused, I remember first reading this when it came out in the manga and I felt confused by this mini arc but if you paid attention/refreshed on the first two seasons you can understand the lore and characters
