To answer your question, Fanatio was actually pregnant with Bercoulis child at that moment when he died You can also see Fanatio wake up naked in the SAO War of Underworld OP 1 in Bercoulis room (as hinted by the sword on the wall and his clothes) somewhat near the beginning

Some additional info regarding Bercoulis power: He cant see the past as we do with the sorta sillhouettes that were shown which is why he is counting down remembering Vectas past location. I think there was also a limit as to how far back he can slash someone but that I dont remember anymore xD

There are people spreading misinformation about some of the fights in this season being animated by Ufotable. But the truth is it was animated at A-1 Pictures by one and only Yoshihiro Kanno (well most of the most famous cuts), who was also a main action animator for Solo Levelling. Other than that as always amazing reaction. Can't wait for more!

Also if I had to guess you have no clue what theyre yappin about in the ocean turtle room, to sum it up kiritos "fluctlight" (aka his soul) is fucked up mainly his self image and Kiga was saying after noticing the reactions that they can recreate or help bring kirito back to normal based off the "memory" or "image" asuna and others close to him see/have of kirito personally.
