next canon episode are 287-293. the “sasukes story” manga canon are from a novel and not the actual manga. you can watch if you want, i personally enjoyed it.

Nick at this point you've already skipped all the good anime canon arcs. The ones after this are really bad and not worth the watch, its the worst part of the anime by a lot. Don't get me wrong, I'd love if u would go back and watch the anime-canon arcs, especially the Kara Actuation Arc, but the next ones after these eps are just really bad.

Sumire(Class rep)had her own canon arc at the beginning of the anime and it was a really good arc. It's a shame she was later forgotten in the anime and the manga does her more justice(especially in tbv as i remember)

the anime makes it seem like everything is fine so that they could add anime cannon, the manga makes it clear that the drug is only a stop gap and the mission restriction stays.

You can watch the next new chunin exams arc and the kawaki ninja academy arc since it develops himawari and kawakis character then skip to next manga canon 287-293. You can also watch the squid game arc if you like.

if you're gonna watch some anime cannon arcs then i recommend ones prior to this like "Kara Actuation arc". It's an arc leading to Kara's introduction, featuring some of the members.. It's everyones fav anime canon arc and it's really good. But all the anime only arcs that come after ep 220 are super bad(except maybe chunin exams).

They say Naruto was nerfed but he's still the single strongest shinobi on the planet. I do like that the story is addressing the fact that Naruto has often overcome hurdles due to having Kurama, so when he seems confident he can handle Boruto it's only because he's always had Kurama's strength.
